I received a $7.44 Equifax settlement via prepaid MasterCard debit. I've tried to use the card on multiple different websites & apps. It doesn't work. I wish I'd never gotten involved with the Equifax lawsuit. It's such a low payment & can't access it. I've wasted time trying to get this bogus prepaid card to function. I believe we should shut down My Prepaid Center by any means necessary.
Have tried this car in 10 different online commerces now, but gets declined everytime. Calling the company is useless.Have 260 USD on a virtual MasterCard that I simply do not have access to. Tried adding it to Apple Wallet, but that also fails. Must be a fraud!
I currently have a $50 visa card in limbo. I have forgotten my password and chose the " forgotten password ". I did receive email with what seems like simple instructions, but could not navigate. But there is no customer service number to help me with this. It's all about lost or stolen cards.
Received a $350 card as part of a promotion with another company. Everything worked fine at first, got the card down to $80 and now it won't be accepted anywhere, not even places where it previously worked!Getting someone on the phone is impossible. The site doesn't work half the time and doesn't help at all. Definitely going to agree with other people saying they probably randomly lock your card and wait for it to expire to keep the cash left on it. I just want the rest of my money I'm legally entitled to! Absolutely avoid them if at all possible!
This company is a scam. Got a virtual credit card with $400+ on it from the BlockFi settlement. The card is declined every time I try to use it online and it cannot be added to my Apple Pay wallet. Can’t get through to anyone to talk to. I live in hope that the company isn’t simply waiting for this card to expire and steal my money. A very disappointing and frustrating experience and what seems to be incompetence is actually downright theft!
Was given a card for $700 to help with groceries and essentials after my job burned down in one of the Los Angeles fires. I followed all of the instructions provided to add my card to my virtual wallet, which is what the site recommended. I set up my PIN. However, the card works nowhere. I have tried to use it at a gas station, grocery store, and restaurant. It was declined everywhere. Then, I decided I would just use it for online purchases. It doesn't work on Amazon, or any other site that I tried for any kind of purchase. After calling and seeing if they could resolve this, they told me it "should be working". It still does not work.
I got a virtual card for $14.81 from a settlement but had problems using it. I was able to use $2.55 finally. Yesterday I was trying to use it to gas my vehicle at Sam’s using up the balance. I defaulted the payment to the card and fueled exactly for the amount. It didn’t say declined or anything. Come to find out today that it charged to my credit card instead. Tried to check online and was not able to. I registered when I first got the card thinking that at least I can get in and checked. Nope, I re-registered but has nothing in it. Tried to add my card and was not able. I am so frustrated with this! Please contact me to resolve it! I even emailed your company but no response. All I need is to have a fresh link to get my card and also to be able to use it! Thank you!Today I finally went to Sam’s to see if I can still use the remaining balance. Made a couple purchases. It was fine. Still have $1.09 left. My point is that the way these prepaid card setup was ridiculous! It was so difficult to use and that defeat the purpose of it!
