Everything about NAC is excellent. The telephone reception was friendly and professional. Top quality administrative support ensured I was kept fully informed as to my appointment. The appointment took place as arranged. The engineer speedily analysed the problem and fixed it efficiently. Again, friendly and professional. Cost was very fair. I’d certainly use NAC again and would wholeheartedly recommend the company to anyone.
Very disappointed with my experience. I paid up front for my repair but despite the promise of a next day visit from an engineer I find that I have to wait 8 days. No one has contacted me to offer me a sooner appointment. Wish I’d not contacted this company
Excellent service from start to finish, after a very bad experience from another company it was a breath of fresh air to find a company that cares about their customers. Everything was handled promptly and we have two appliances, namely a tumble dryer and oven that is working like new again. Thank you again. 💯💯💯
Booked in for Monday and they didn't turn up.Paid for two appliances to be serviced and they only serviced one. I asked them to reimburse me for the second appliance and they declined my request. I will not be using this company in the future.
The repair man rang to see if he could come earlier than planned, which was even better for me. He was friendly and informative. I bet he was here less than 10 minutes. To be honest, I think the fault could have been easily rectified by myself had I known what the problem was, but I was just thankful to get it working again. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
My first time using your service.I was able to have an engineer come out the same dayHe was pleasant and friendly. He got on with the job needed after checking with me what the problem was.He did a thorough check on my appliance which was actually all okay. The problem was identified as a plumbing issue so he gave me further advice re getting this checked as it appeared that may have been causing the problems.
