2 weeks, no response to my formal complaint but plenty of calls chasing payment for another part which I don't even know will fix the issue as we have already paid £256 to get to the square route of nothing. Now approaching 3 months without a working dishwasher. Will be escalating to my Solicitors if a response is not received in the next 7 days, can't deal with another bull s**t AI response. I am sure they will be so sad to see another poor reviews despite their "Excellent" Trustpilot score and that someone will fail to respond despite submitting the complaint reference and order number so they can identify the repair.

Awful experience all round

Awful experience all round. I booked and paid the upfront callout fee and waited a good few days for an available appointment to fix my dishwasher. Not amazing but not terrible either. The engineer diagnosed a fault and I paid the quoted invoice. A week or so later the engineer came back out, tried to fit the part and somehow my dishwasher ends up with a worse fault than it started with. I'm invoiced for a new, much more expensive part. Although in fairness they refunded the first part so I only paid the difference.This new part needs to be ordered in apparently, and I wait over two weeks with no communication from them before receiving a text for an appoinment to fit the part almost another week away.This appointment was yesterday. The engineer fitted the part. My dishwasher is still broken, and I have now received yet another diagnosis and invoice for another new part. He also incidentally left a bunch of boxes with stuff in them that I have no idea if it needs to be kept or not, and spilled a bunch of stuff on my kitchen counter and didn't clean it or even tell me about it.At this point I can only conclude that this is a scam and I won't ever actually have a working dishwasher with them.I've tried to speak to their customer service, whose only response is that I need to pay the invoice or continue to have a broken dishwasher. I've been referred to their complaints service, which is an ai generated response that pretty much just reiterates the customer service response that they don't care about customer problems, only getting paid on their invoices.In conclusion, so far this company has wasted weeks and hundreds of pounds for me and still has not fixed my dishwasher, issued an apology or, in fact, any response other than "Pay us more money or don't talk to us"

Prompt, efficient, easy service.

The whole process was easy and efficient from start to finish. A booking was made on line, which was confirmed by email. The engineer contacted me by phone to confirm he was in receipt of the booking. On the morning of the appointment the engineer phoned to give a time slot. He attended on time diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher, he had a replacement part in his van which he fitted all within 30 minutes. He tidied up after himself and was pleasant and easy to deal with.

Oven problem

Phoned with a query and the lady made a booking for someone to come out, as luck would have it someone was in my area already, so he came over that afternoon, he fixed the problem and also managed to get in touch with an oven cleaner and he also came out the same day. Win win….
