Easy booking service online and a nice prompt appointment with the repair technician. He came in, sorted the issue, offered advice to avoid it going forward and that was that. You really can't ask for more. I would definitely use this company again.
Requested a visit from an engineer to look at my dishwasher. Due to LC code and bottom arm no longer working.Informed me dishwasher was unfixable and charged £75 for an 8 minute visit.I am now writing this review after another engineer, has just left after fixing the dishwasher with a new motor and a new seal.Total cowboy who visited who clearly couldn’t be bothered or incompetent. Absolutely would not recommend.
Please be careful.A shocking company to have booked in.The fault was not the dishwasher and the rude team member was at my house for a few minutes.It was awful.The AI customer service took out any form communication and the emails sent were not replied. Not one reply back from the company. The company was quick to take the money, but the customer service side, courtesy and dealing with a person was missing. If you value the human side to work with a company and come to your house, make sure you look around. I learned the hard way.My repair number was Ref 690840 and not one person has got back.
Buyer beware. Do not trust what they say. We have an appliance that they said they could repair. They couldn't. In fact they made the problem worse (installing a part improperly resulting in our fuse blowing) and then refused to fix it saying that it was beyond economical repair. We went to another company who repaired it immediately, and explained that the previous engineer (from NAC) did not install the part properly. When we asked NAC to refund us, they blamed us for the fault. We live and learn. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but in this case, I just want to warn others. If your appliance is new, I'm sure they will be fine. Otherwise...In Addition: When we contacted the company originally, they refused to take any responsibility for their engineer's mistakes, even when we gave evidence. Don't trust their ChatBot response. They will not do anything in response to this review.
Great customer service from phone operator. Great transparency from engineer. Unfortunately the washing machine was a write off due to damage to the drum.Only had the Beko washing machine for 3 years and this is this is the 2nd issue. Glad the engineer told us it was a write off as glad to see the last of it! Great service NAC and definitely worth the call out charge to get the consultation as not too expensive!
I paid £98 for call out and labour. Engineer visited on 10th September I told him about 2 faults , ie new freezer door and fridge door needed. He thought it had a thermostat issue too. Said he would get back to me when parts ordered. I have asked him to call me back but got no answer. I spoke to someone in customer services once, since then only got the answer machine. Emails are not answered, chatbot is a waste of time, it could not verify my job number or call out postcode. I am still waiting for a repair or even acknowledgement of my emails. I think this is a bogus company and they are scammers. Steer clear, find a local tradesperson.
Very poor experience. In our case NAC acted solely as a "matching app" passing our request for an AEG fridge/freezer, onto a technician. The service provided by the technician was very poor. They attended, reviewed for 5-minutes, said that they cannot repair and that parts needed to be ordered and purchased (although we had already provided model details and likely route-cause), collected payment directly (NOT managed via NAC) and left. Even the solution that they suggested was not the manufacturer's recommendation.
I arranged a repair for my American fridge freezer through NAC. An engineer visited, for which I paid a £100 diagnostic fee. He identified a faulty power cable and instructed me to order a replacement through them, which cost an additional £37.I was then informed the part would take 10 weeks to arrive. This was an unreasonable length of time to be without a vital appliance, so I was forced to purchase a temporary fridge at my own expense.After waiting the 10 weeks, I was contacted again and told I needed to pay a further £32 for the same power cable. At this point, I cancelled the service entirely.This company has completely wasted my time and money. Their customer service was abysmal, relying solely on an unhelpful AI system that provided repetitive, scripted responses and could not resolve the issue. I deeply regret not choosing a different, more competent company from the start. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
