Efficient, Relaiable and Knowledgeable

We needed an urgent callout and a very nice man was there in less than 24 hours. He showed us exactly what the problem was and although he did not have the relevent part with him, he came back and finished the job very quicky. Great service, good price.

Our fridge broke down and we were thinking we would have to fork out £750 for a new one but decided we'd try NAC first. Booking process was fast and worked well. Engineer Robert was great - diagnosed the problem with our fridge quickly and came back a few days later with the required part to repair it. Fridge is back up and running correctly and we saved hundreds of pounds.
