The new app is extremely poor, clunky and not user friendly. The app often tells me that there are no trains for my journeys! As I live in London and use the same service frequently at the same times each day I know that this is not true! No wonder people aren’t using trains as much as they could. I suggest National Rail demands compensation from the company that developed this app as well as getting them to fix it, and does this as soon as possible.

The new website is AWFUL! You can barely see what is what, and if you need to see the summary of the journey they put so much information in it about the stations like cycles etc, that you cant screenshot it to have it as an itinerary. They make it so difficult and complicated to read! SIMPLYFY!

Travelled to Basingstoke 19/3 from Southampton central and the train assistant named Dave was absolutely smashing due to my son being in a wheelchair he really supported me in getting off the train and throughout the journey, amazing customer service
