Review Time
Twice this week the 5.03pm train from Broadgreen to Lime street station has been cancelled so I have had to wait 45 minutes( in the pouring rain today) A mother and her young son also had to wait and she was desperately trying to keep him warm. 2 trains flew by though. When I tried to mention it to the ticket office at lime street I was first told I was wrong, then told they only deal with trains going out. WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DO, TRAVEL TO MANCHESTER TO PUT A COMPLAINT IN?? Its your company. Shocking customer service. Not that anyone will care about this review.
What on earth have they done with the Journey Planner website? It worked perfectly well before, when I was able to print out outward and return journeys on the same page, but the new design is a nightmare to navigate, pushes you to buy a ticket ( I only want train times, no ticket as I travel on a retired staff pass) and there is NO PRINT OPTION to print the journey times out! PLEASE bring back the old format!

False advertising of `Days Out' with railcards. Their so-called Customer Relations Team are grossly incompetent and either don't even bother to read customer complaints or are inexperienced and untrained. You end up repeating explanations to them and despite exhausted efforts, they just don't get it. I'm sure National Rail have recruited toddlers for a Customer Relations Team because the poor little souls don't know what `Relations' means.

I went for some assessments and I have foto say I was not impressed with the superficialness of the interviewers and assessors , telling me I've really done at the interview and going to the point of even asking where I'd like to work ...On the tracks or with the signalling . Then only to be told in an email that I was unsuccessful. Do not bother applying to this company .
