The most expensive rail services in…

The most expensive rail services in Europe by far with the worst service. Until this is nationalised the UK rail services is only going in one direction, in the gutter. Delays on delays, other countries manage to get problems sorted out very quickly but not in the UK, everything moves at snail pace with National Rail.

Rubbish. Broken Britain. Move to Dubai!

Failed to show platform the train was departing from making me miss my connection! Ref 19.38 Pad to Didcot Parkway. 10 min later it still doesn’t show platform after train left. Very poor app. Won’t bother using this crap app again

Dire new website

Dire new website. It does not clarify names of optional cheap day tickets that are available leaving me as a customer without a clear option, Given the way the operators are now making people criminals simply for us getting wrong tickets due to their poor instruction - I believe they are running a scam. We need a robust regulator to sort out the mess of our railways!

Train from Birmingham new street to…

Train from Birmingham new street to Ipswich cancelled no notification until you arrive at the station reason for cancellation “not enough staff/train drivers” REALLY? even after the 22% pay rise they received! Then the replacement bus service doesn’t even take you to the destination that you was originally told! What a disgrace, this train service is p*** poor .Will avoid using this service for any further away matches we attend!
