I had to renew my daughter's Disabled Persons Railcard and after emailing for support, I had a very prompt reply from Samuel and guidance of what to do and once that was done, I was able to call and renew it and the customer assistant was also excellent, Oasi? Sorry I didn't catch the name. All in all, fantastic customer assistance all round, so much nicer to deal with human beings than an online form

East Midlands railways train from London st pancras is a death trap . . You'll be inhaling nothing but toxic poisonous diesel fumes the whole journey within the carrages . . Left the train feeling nauseous faint light headed & wheezing How has this not gone checked Death trap . . Most diesel powered trains are but east Midlands services are by far the most dangerous
