Why has the app been 'upgraded'? I've seamlessly used the app for years. Post upgrade I find it difficult to navigate, not intuitive in any way, keeps crashing or defaulting to start over again. Message is....'If it ain't broke don't mend it.' Now a Trainline user.😡
Disgusting service today. I'm used to trains being cancelled or delayed due to the slightest excuse ( rain?? Come on.....) but today, Sunday.....just completely out of orderHuge delays due to train crew delays? What does that even mean???Yet prices have gone up a huge amount on tickets, it is unacceptable, how do you justify these prices for tickets???
