They rang me the other day to query why…

They rang me the other day to query why I had not shopped for a while. Then today I want to scan and it is on constant…..please wait all day. What’s going on?

They closed my account for no reason

So I joined a few months ago been going on a weekly basis uploading my receipts. Went In today and it says account closed. Checked my emails and apparently because I hadn't uploaded any receipts for a while my account was closed. Yet I uploaded receipts last week and wasn't aware of any issues. Total scam

Scanning scam

I have been with them scanning for about 10 years if not longerAt present cause times are tough and we are struggling we do not spend has much money,sometimes only £50-£80 every 2 weeks.They decided to cancel my account without telling me.When I complained someone rang me and said they couldn't re-instate it has it had already been cancelled basically because I don't spend enough for the amount of people in my household.Told them that's because we are struggling so basically you want me to make out I spend more, which is not a true reflection of what people are spending,she then tried to backtrack and go no no we just want what you spend which is not what she said a few minutes agoAlso said they phoned me and left voice messages.None of which they did

new app unusable, camera freezes constantly

The new upgrade to the app constantly freezes when scanning, i have un installed as instructed, allowed all permissions and it still crashesI am using an iphone 16 pro with 18.3 iosFor ref i also installed on my wifes phone and iphone 15p ro with the same ios 18.3 and the issue is exactly the same.Please roll back to previous app Latest update on March 6th still freezes camera I'm afraid

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. I didn't used the app for a few days due to not going shopping and they have rang me 9 times (all of different numbers) and left me 8 voicemails in the space of 4 days. I have been blocking evey number and complained but yet they still ring

Bad experience with these people.

Bad experience with these people.. I'm sure they sell your personal information because after I joined I started getting random emails and phone calls for things I'd never enquired about. They ring you all the time and I've emailed them to tell them to stop today as I'm sick off it. Delete my information too.

Great way to earn vouchers

I've used the app for over a year I've claimed my points which was about £150 vouchers 😊 well worth using.Now the app has been updated supposedly to make it easier to navigate it just loads for 10 to 20 mins while my shopping defrosts..not good ...needs sorting out. App updated and is such a better experience now it's sorted and working 100% ❤️🫶❤️

Whats the point of asking people to do this then tell you they already have people who fit that criteria. Waste of time

Very disappointed with the app

Very disappointed with the app. I declare my purchases and earn points, but when I want to redeem my points for a gift card as promised, it doesn't work! I just wanted to see what gift card options were available, but the app redirects me to a so-called "secure" login page where I’m supposed to enter a code received via SMS, but I never receive anything! I’ve tried restarting the app and resending the code... Still nothing.
