I placed a order over a month ago and still haven't received my order. I placed as a one time. Then in Sept I was charged with another order. I went on line to cancel this, but it will not let me go to the page to cancel

Great customer service they respond…

Great customer service they respond fast and address your concern efficiently and replace anything that needs to be replaced quickly. Shipping is just slow but I don't think that is nure cover's fault. I still love my sauna, its been an outstanding purchase.
