Review Time
We purchased this sauna about a month ago and have only used it around ten times. Unfortunately, the heating unit keeps shutting off a few minutes after being switched on and has a strong electrical smell, which is concerning. I’ve reached out by email multiple times for support, but have not received any response. Very disappointed in both the product quality and the lack of customer service.
The instructions were terrible and clearly written by someone with a poor grass of English language, the product worked well for a couple of weeks and then started having weeks that ruined my flooring. On top of that, this company basically does not let you return anything unless you do it before you’ve opened a single box, so you should be very confident that you want to buy this before purchasing.
I am super happy that I made the decision to purchase the Sauna and free ice bath. The setup for both were so easy, just follow the instructions and your set. (the portable bag for the ice bath also works as the cover for it) Maintenance for the Sauna is super quick just give wipe it down when you're done. In all you are getting more than your monies worth.
