Website says the steam sauna has a temperature of 185, box it comes in says 135, actual temp (after reheating for 30 minutes) is 100. Very misleading. I love the product, just wish it was hotter.

I did not receive my complete order

I did not receive my complete order. I ordered and paid for the Tropic Pro package despite my order receipt saying the Tropic Home package. I inquired and was told it was confirmed my order is the Tropic Pro. I never received the sauna heater and have not received a response from customer service after numerous attempts. I am now trying to return my order for a full refund but cannot get instruction how from anyone.

I want to cancel my subscription and the company is giving me the run around. It says you can do it from the email, but there are multiple pages to go through and they haven't responded to me so Im not sure if Im still subscribed or not.

It took over a month to receive the product and trying to reach out to customer service to find out about the shipment was impossible. I’ve only been taking the meds for 2 days so hopefully they work amazingly and the shipping issues are moot

Not the promoted temp.

You guys say your sauna can get up to 155 degrees, and mine got nowhere near that. Not sure what can be done about this, but it was a pretty big letdown
