Ordering this product took 30 days to come in, and every time I reached out to find out where my order was and get any updates, I only received automated responses. After 3 weeks 1 person FINALLY responded with a nonsense response that didn’t answer any of my questions and wasn’t helpful in the slightest. When I responded for a follow up, all I got was crickets. The market today is flooded with options for plunges and saunas, and if I were to buy another one or refer a friend to one, unfortunately it wouldn’t be this company. They promote return policies and even compensation for promotion on social media, but if you can’t reach anyone live for support, I find those chances to be slim, or at least my experiences didn’t give me the confidence that they would follow through. It is unfortunate because I know it takes plenty effort to put a good company together but to lose business over piss poor follow up and customer service is a shame. Sorry Nurecover I hope this feedback helps lead to improvements. Your products work, but so does the competition. Customer service matters.
The initial delivery came out in the normal expected amount of time. It was just missing the pod chiller which took a couple more weeks to receive. The communication with nurecover was pretty delayed and hard to get any solid answers. I still have not heard back from them in regards to issues with the sauna not heating up past 100°. Definitely not Impressed with the results there, the pod chiller does seem to work well and don’t have any complaints with that! My overall rating is based primarily on the communication and secondarily with the performance of the sauna. Two stars out of five.
