Very disapointed with my order. Ordered the whole kit that came with the cold plunge pool and chiller also. Also ordered the ceramic heater with it. First of all i set the tent up and installed the steamer. Hopped in and the temp in the tent wont get above 107F. They claim 135f. Although it does put out steam Im looking for the theraputic effect from the heat. Took a few weeks to recieve the ceramic heater which claims to put the temp in the tent to 185f. Which is what im wanting. Sent it up and very disappointed with it also. Tent temp came up to 127f. This is false advertising and complete garbage. Dont buy. They say 100 refundable but only if you dont use it. Stupid if you ask me. Why even put a money back garrantee on it.
My blood is boiling… if you see this before buying let it be a sign that you have dodged a bullet with these cowboys…DO NOT BUY A THING! I bought something that needed returning, the whole process has been a nightmare. It was unopened but they made every excuse not to return, then they started ignoring emails on how to return. Lastly after 5 attempts to contact they provided return details. Said they’d issued a refund 18th April, guess what… still nothing. Do not let the pro active responses you see on here make you think they are trying to help… they don’t it’s just a show. Today I plan to move forwards either formal action- please don’t let them rob you of your money
My chiller doesn't chill the water, and the pump that came with it makes strange noises and doesn't seem to pump the water. I reached out to support to get help with the issue and I was asked for a video of my setup, which I provided. Since then, no one will get back to me. The whole reason I bought this package was for the chiller and cold plunge, which is more of a lukewarm plunge as the water temperature rises and falls with the ambient air temperature.I also bought the extended warranty and I have asked for a copy of the agreement, and I still have not received that.
Bought the new sauna heater, it’s advertised as going upto 85 degrees C the hottest setting on the heater is 70 it’s supposed to reach 85 within 5 mins, I had it on for over an hour and the hottest it got was 53 totally false advertising.Still not resolved, I’ve been trying to send this back for weeks, even though it’s not as advertised they want me to pay the shipping fees to return it and charge me 20% of the cost of the item for restocking, absolute joke
The chiller pump is loud and I was not sent hose insulation covers like in the photo. The pump doesn't fit well on the filter which causes it to sit crooked. All of the hose connections leak. This is a terrible design and I am not happy with any of it.Added 04/29/25:I am replying to your request as per below from my review of the cold plunge/chiller setup.As I mentioned the chiller I was sent does not look like the one in your picture (this is a bait and switch issue). You sent bare plasticpiping that is not insulated as it shows on your website. Therefore the piping sweats. The connections for allhoses all leak at times. The white threaded connections used in the filter cannot be screwed in tight withoutstripping the threads. I had to redo all the connections with plumbers tape which mostly helped but a couple still dripsome. The pump barely fits in the filter and they do not sit flat, also the pump runs constantly and maybe it’s supposed to but that little pump I can’t imagine will last very long.It’s loud enough for me to hear it from outside in my house. I have purchased my own insulation covers to help the pipes but again it’s not what was shown in your ad. In my opinion in order for me to use this setup long term I will have tore-pipe the set up with better tubes and upgrade the pump at some point. Not the quality I expected as I mentioned for a $1000 product.Also this information has already been sent to you online chat service that no one responds to. I have sent 2 separate chat messages and have notreceived a reply. That’s terrible customer service and I question the support I will receive going forward. You do not have a phonenumber to call for customer service which is another issue that makes me wonder about your company.How long is my warranty on the pump? Do you have a more heavy duty pump as a replacement?Why does my unit look different than the picture on your website? Do you have insulated piping?Your 100 day return policy is very odd as it says it must be “unused”…was I supposed to justlook at it in the box?
I will start by saying assembly was easy. However, the instructions for how you assemble the poles was not how you assemble the poles. I did figure that out quickly and fixed it. The sauna itself is great for the money spent. It does say 2 person, and you can make 2 people fit, but one person has to stand, which takes away from the relaxation part of it for me. I do wish it came with more red light strands. I feel like you have to be right against them for them to be beneficial. Overall, good purchase for the money.
