Review Time
I will start by saying assembly was easy. However, the instructions for how you assemble the poles was not how you assemble the poles. I did figure that out quickly and fixed it. The sauna itself is great for the money spent. It does say 2 person, and you can make 2 people fit, but one person has to stand, which takes away from the relaxation part of it for me. I do wish it came with more red light strands. I feel like you have to be right against them for them to be beneficial. Overall, good purchase for the money.
Steam unit has broken multiple times. It has been replaced without issue but I requested a refund (since I’ve exchanged steam unit 3 times already) and they refused. They provided a 4th steam unit. I don’t want to continue receiving faulty units. I’d prefer to get my money back
Update: it appears the famous mark responded with the same generic response. With no plan of action other than we will send it asap. My gathering by all of this is they bank on people not demanding what they paid for to make extra money. Considering I got the same response as the other 300 one star reviews this guy doesn’t care to make anything right…I will remove the one star review after I receive my dry heater plus an extra steamer pro for my troublesIf you’re reading this before you make a purchase please buy from someone else. Seemed great until my sauna came and the dry heater I PAID EXTRA FOR was not included in the box. No customer service number. I sent a message on their website as well as a separate email. It’s been weeks with no response. I would give zero stars if I could. Also I have tried commenting on their Facebook post only to realize they delete negative reviews. I wouldn’t be surprised if this review gets deleted too
