Review Time
I’d love to review the product but I haven’t received it yet. Order said 3-5 day shipping and we are now a few weeks out with no updates except “due to overwhelming response we are trying to fulfill orders. If you don’t have the product, don’t offer the sale. I patiently awaiting any updates on shipping or arrival to determine if this has been a scam or not.
Horrendous… it’s now April I ordered my ice chiller & sauna in the Black Friday deals in November…!!!! It still has not arrived what the actual… communication is the worst takes weeks to respond to 1 email.. They respond fobbing me off repeatedly- do not use! Avoid at all cost - rip off
I was drawn in by an Instagram ad promoting a bundle deal—purchase the Tropic Sauna and get a free ice bath. The promo was shown in my cart and confirmed in my order summary, yet I never received the ice bath. When I contacted customer service, I was told by Mish that I had "made an error" applying the welcome discount code they provided. I requested a return due to the misleading promotion and the underwhelming product quality for the price. They refused to cover return shipping and added a 20% restocking fee, blaming it all on my "confusion." Disappointing experience overall—felt like a bait and switch.
Item never arrived and customer service was unresponsive for weeks until I wrote this review. It has been well over a month since I ordered, and I have still not received the item.Still no word on where my item is or if I will be refunded.
The sauna itself is good. I purchased the pro tropic which definitely does not fit 2 people as advertised. I was also told I would be shipped a cold plunge pool, it never arrived. When I questioned customer service they said I would not get one because of the discount code I applied, but that was never mentioned through the ordering process, and my invoice indicated a cold plunge would be shipped. Overall, not worth the price.
The sauna is exactly what I was looking for & performs as-advertised. It fits perfectly on my smaller enclosed back porch, but can easily be moved to another location when needed. The instructions are simple & easy to read, making the overall setup process very hassle-free. Would recommend to anyone interested in trying it.
