I ORDERED THE TROPIC PRO PLUS HEATER AT THE END OF MARCH.THE ORDER WAS DELAYED AND I DIDN’T RECEIVE UNTIL 8TH APRIL,FAR AFTER THE ADVERTISED DELIVERY DATE. THE HEATER PART OFMY ORDER I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED. OVER 1 MONTH ON.I HAVECHASED MULTIPLE TIMES ONLY TO BE IGNORED AND HAVE ONLY LASTWEEK BEEN ADVISED IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED. THIS ISN’T THECASE. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED STRESS OR IGNORANCE LIKETHIS AS A CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEYTAKE YOUR MONEY, AND DON’T DELIVER, OR EVEN RESPOND.ATROCIOUS
Regarding order #NU280892, I submitted a claim on 23 March 2025 and your customer service replied on 2 April 2025 stating they would be shipping a replacement steamer to me after the original died with less than 60 days use. I confirmed my address as being correct. It is now November and Still nothing. How is this OK?
Look up the reviews on Reddit before hand. Worst experience ever and even if you try to return new unused they will charge a 20% restocking fee. I tried emailing Mar 11 to change my order only auto response back saying 24hr they will response. Mar 18 email again no response. Mar 25 finally responded and when I say I want to change my order or cancel to reorder a new one they pushed it through with a tracking label and said there wasn’t anything they could do. Even though it was just a digital label and nothing actually picked so their policy could restrict them from changing the order. Mar 11 plenty of time to change
I am 21 days since ordering and I still have not received the heater for my sauna. Would love to post an honest review but have not been able to use it yet. Installation was easy but there are a lot of joints and I could see the structure not lasting long.
Purchased a dry sauna heater. It only stays on for 10 minutes or so and gets up to 30 degrees before a safety feature causes the heater to cut out. Reported the fault but have been asked to send a video which I am unable to do as the video size is too large.The heater came unbranded , looked different from the advertisement (all black with no blue highlights and no nurecover branding) so I’m not sure if I’ve been sent a cheaper unit due to stock issues. Delivery took weeks to come.All I want is a working replacement as this heater doesn’t bring the pod upto a sufficient temperature without cutting out several times.** Update - I am being sent a replacement heater. Once I eventually spoke to the correct person , the customer service was great and a replacement was quickly arranged. I’m hopeful the next heater is fully operational.** Further update - no heater has arrived and despite chasing this up , I am no further forward. Really really disappointing.
