Edit: I wish I would have looked into these sites or Reddit prior to purchasing. There are threads filled with people having the same experience as me, and of course 0 resolutions from the company. All I can hope now is that other people do better research than myself and save themselves the money and trouble. Don’t get scammed, don’t buy their products. I bought the pod with the chiller. It took me a while to get to setting it up as I needed some assistance to do it (I’m in cancer treatment and was struggling to do it on my own). Before I even had a chance to use it, the inflatable rim developed a leak. When you look at the spot it’s leaking there’s clearly a flaw where the plastic was melted to seal it. When I asked the company for assistance they would not help suggest repairs or consider replacement because I didn’t report it within 10 days. I’ve tried to patch the leak but I doesn’t work because of it’s location. So I still haven’t been able to use it. I recently decided to push through and attempt to use it without inflating the rim, because it’s either that or throw it out. Someone set up the piping for me and one of the plumbing parts is leaking. Again, this thing hasn’t been used. The parts are all of such cheap quality they can’t even make it to the point where I’ve been able to use the tub. I’m honestly flabbergasted at the poor quality of the products they provided when you consider the steep price. The plastic piping is cheap, thin and has permanent kinks from being folded in the packaging. Money is tight when you’re in cancer treatment but I gave it a try because I thought cold therapy would help. I deeply regret wasting my limited resources on this product. If there was any attempt to help remedy the issues that would be different, but it seems once they have your money, they don’t much care what happens. All I’d like is to be able to use the product I paid for.
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Nurecover. Both products I purchased, the dry sauna and the ice bath have serious issues that make them unusable and potentially dangerous.The ice bath arrived leaking and cannot be used at all. As for the dry sauna, the heater repeatedly shuts off and displays an "FF" error code due to overheating, making it impossible to maintain consistent use.More alarmingly, when I attempted to reposition the heater to get it working for more than a few minutes, the heat actually melted the poles of the sauna. I noticed a strong plastic smell and saw the poles begin to warp from the heat—an obvious fire hazard.To make matters worse, I've received no response from Nurecover despite reaching out for support. The lack of customer service and the poor quality of these products has left me thoroughly disappointed.
The steam and dry heat versions are not very good I have not decided which one is my favorite! Both make me feel amazing! The cold plunge is amazing too. In a very different way! Mental clarity and energy wise it's perfect....knowing I can hear back up in the sauna makes it mentally more doable. All these modalities have a place and time and I'm glad I took the leap.. set up and portable these are a breeze to set up. The are comfortable for one person... although the cold plunge tub could be a little bit deeper...I'm 5'7" if you are taller getting fully submerged to the shoulders might be a challenge... But the chiller will run in any tub... So there's that!! All in all it's a win
I never received my order!Supposedly my order shipped on March 17th & today is April 4th. I have tried to contact Nurecore through email, website chat & Instagram without receiving any response. I am extremely disappointed. I was really looking forward to the sauna heater.
I’d love to review the product but I haven’t received it yet. Order said 3-5 day shipping and we are now a few weeks out with no updates except “due to overwhelming response we are trying to fulfill orders. If you don’t have the product, don’t offer the sale. I patiently awaiting any updates on shipping or arrival to determine if this has been a scam or not.
