Cancelled an order with competitor due to delays and this supposedly being 3-5 days. First part arrived and when I contacted customer services I was surprised to find out they didn’t have them in stock - first mention of it!! Customer service from then was the worst I have experienced- slow to reply and wouldn’t answer a direct question. They even responded with something that was clearly ai generated. To then find out the 100 day return is garbage too - it’s got to be unused - how can you know if you’re satisfied if you haven’t used it?! So couldn’t return the part I had. Avoid at all costs - won’t be using again. At least their competitor kept me informed and I even had the owner ring me personally!Mark (head of operations) seems selective in his replies. I can see daylight through the stitching of my sauna and no reply from customer service - truly awful!Marks default seems to be he’ll look into it and get back to you. Still waiting.

Sauna is good. Customer service is not.

The sauna is a really good product. Easy to setup and works effectively. Customer service is awful. I have sent in multiple emails to return an item that I should not have been charged for and to find out the tracking details of a separate purchase but I have not been responded to.

Do not buy from these people

Do not buy from these people. Customer service is garbage, and they claim to have a return policy, however when you express you wish to return an item they go radio silence, refusing to accept the return.

Still waiting

Ordered the Sauna heater a month ago and still waiting for it. The tracking information that they provided has not been updated in weeks. Their website says 3-5 days shipping from the US however the product is shipped from China.

Sauna heater is really good

Sauna heater is really good , not sure what's going on with the stats nurecover give out but the max temp is 70c on the unit and the heater managed to get up to mid 50s but my sauna is adapted to be outdoors and it was cold .That being said it was absolutely blazing and I don't think a much higher temp would be manageable to sit in a small area . I was absolutely soaking wet with sweat .Overall I'm pleased with the unit , it doesn't appear cheaply made and has a nice remote control which really should be supplied with a battery . I'm sure the unit will reach much higher temps in warmer days outside or inside but it's beyond my expectations as it is .I've given a 5 star review , this product is good for the money I paid when they first went on sale . If I was to criticise anything customer service and honesty is poor I would appreciate honest shipping times at least through socials .

Have not even gotten yet. ..... Been 5 days since nameless man from Nurecover says he is going to take care of it immediately. Guess what no word from the unsigned nameless reply, no heater that I paid for almost aonth ago. No nothing...

I ordered the Sauna Heater with Sauna

I ordered the Sauna Heater with Sauna, the sauna came first and was easy to set up and good feel to the fabric. I’ve been in it three times so far and thought it would be hotter that it has been but will see how it goes over the next few weeks. The heater came separately which wasn’t expecting and took nearly three weeks and communication back wasn’t great. I got the heater today and gave it ago, it doesn’t seem to want to get past 50°c at the moment so getting to 185°F in 5 mins is not true but will see once I’ve done more tests. The heater looks well built and got some good features. The Temp setting only goes up to 70°c which I make out to be 158°F not 185°F as stated.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Had an issue with the steamer not working. It was within the year warranty. All they asked is that I sent in a video of it not working. Once I did that no questions asked they shipped me a replacement that day.
