I’ve been waiting in a small order for a month, you claim it’s been shipped but there is no info on it being shipped. I can’t cancel or get a refund because I can’t return it. Since I haven’t received it. So I guess you’re telling me I’m just out of money. Great customer service.
So Update. The product finally arrived. And seems pretty good. Doesn’t take away from the poor comms and experience. All they had to do was respond.Original comments …….Poor communication, never respond to messages, given link to a tracking service that never updates, promised 3-5 day delivery now on day 21 and have no idea when my Sauna heater will arrive. I feel like I have been scammed. I hope I haven’t. All in all a really poor experience, shame on you Nurecover.So to update, I see i got the standard reply on here for Nurecover, not sure how they will follow up as Trustpilot dont have my order details, a further example of poor customer service and Gaslighting !!!!! Shocking
Been truly enjoying getting in my sauna every single night. It has made such a difference in how my body feels. My purchase came with a free ice bath and that has also been getting lots of use! This purchase has been like changing in our journey to a healthier body.
HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCEI have yet to receive the item but I have completely changed my mind on the day I ordered it.First and foremost, it's the discounts, started off by giving 15%, then 20,% then 30% (after I've made payment on the 15%,) this pretty much feels like being taken advantage of on a 'how low can you go' kind of vibe.Secondly, when a request to cancel the order was made within a few hours after placing it, it was left with a message where pretty much nothing could be done by their customer service, even when the product had not yet been shipped. Continued to reach out to the CS and left ghosted just like that.All this while I have yet to even try the product, but looking at the reviews here, I'm convinced the product is pretty much subpar and definitely not worth the money. I will and DEFINITELY stay away from this brand in any way I can. Next, I'll be facing the refund process; God knows how much I'll need to endure again. (wish me luck) -UPDATE 21.4.25-Since the last review, Mark (Head of Ops from Nurecover) has reached out and have been very supportive in helping me to improve the experience. From getting me the refunds, to helping me with the setup and troubleshooting, it has been very helpful since. It definitely made a difference in terms of the experience!
This was my review on 3/27/25. I'm updating my review and rating, please see below. I'm writing this review to warn others about my extremely disappointing experience with TropicPro. I placed an order on March 14, 2025, and while I initially received the steam spa and a free cold tub quickly, the positive experience ended there.The steam spa, which I used only twice, suffered a catastrophic failure: the interior plastic piece in it completely broke. This is unacceptable for a product designed for repeated use and high heat.Adding insult to injury, the ceramic sauna heater I ordered alongside the spa has yet to arrive. The tracking number provided simply states "YONGKANG, Shipment arrived at facility on March 14, 2025" and hasn't updated since. When I first contacted Nurecover, their representative responded promptly with the tracking information. However, since the spa broke and the heater hasn't arrived, all communication has ceased.I've attempted to contact TropicPro multiple times via email, their website's contact form, and phone calls. All have gone unanswered. I'm left with a broken product, a missing item, and complete radio silence from their customer service.I ignored the warnings about TropicPro's poor customer service, and I deeply regret it. Please, learn from my mistake and avoid this company. Save yourself the frustration and mental anguish. This company is not reliable.-----------------------------------------04/08/25After the rep reached out to me (see below), I finally received a response and just got my replacement steam spa. It also took three weeks to receive the ceramic sauna heater, as it was held at customs for quite a while. The sauna itself is okay, but I’m currently working with Customer Service because it’s not reaching the 180°F temperature listed on the website. So far, the highest it’s reached is 119°F, and I’m not sure if I received a faulty unit.I will continue to update, if I hear back from them.
Very frustrated and haven’t even used it yet. I order Mr the tropic pro. In the picture and description they show the sauna heater with it. When it arrived it did not include the sauna heater. This was the only reason i went with nuracover. Very misleading to show it in the picture wand have it listed in the description but it is not included. I emailed support about this and it’s been 4 days and still have not heard back. Happy to update my review once I use it but if sauna heater is. It included then would like a refund. 4/2/25- it has now been 10 days and I have reached out 4 times and I still have not heard back from anyone at nucracover
I placed my order and never received my product. After quite some time the company reached out to me offering a refund. When I accepted that refund, they started backpedaling and provided a bogus proof of delivery. When I continued to state that I had not received the package, they started going several days in a row without responding to my messages. I have no product and the company is not responding to me anymore. Truly the worst customer service I have experienced
