Review Time
Still do not have my heater for my sauna tent 2 weeks later. Very limited responses that were uninformative via customer service (had to send 3 emails to even get a response). Tracking email of heater even worse. I should’ve spent my $500 elsewhere. By far THE WORST customer service experience of all the bio hacking companies. The only “good” part of all of this is after reading other online reviews of your customer service, at least I’m not alone in my suffering.
I have been going back and forth with this company via message since they do not respond to any customer service issues in any other way. It has been 17 days with long wait periods for response. Finally got a replacement for a steamer unit that only worked for two months. They sent a sub par unit, not a 1 for 1, that appeared used. It’s pretty disgusting how they treat their customers, but once you’ve purchased an item they string you along and don’t believe in honest prompt customer service. It’s a sham how they respond to trust pilot reviews as of they are on top of and care about your issues. Nothing ever came of it. It’s all a show. Now in starting from scratch trying to get an equivalent replacement, not some cheap version of the superior more costly one I initially purchased. Will update on how long this issue takes to resolve.
Once again I’m leaving a 1 Star review to try and get my problem resolved. I ordered products in NOVEMBER 2024!!! The order was only part delivered and since then I’ve been trying to get someone to help me. I was issued with a new order number NU316676 yet it’s still not been delivered and I was asked by an agent to contact the delivery company myself and I’ve had no joy with this. I really just want someone from the company to call me I’ve tried so many times and no one seems to want to talk on the phone. Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever received but looks like I’m not the only one!!
My water heater started throwing out sparks which could have caused a fire. I had to pay for a new one. I felt that was a dangerous malfunction of the unit and should had been replace for free. I had to pay for a new one. Service was friendly and informative.
One month and I still don’t receive my product. Last time I ordered from nurse over, the 2 magnetic blankets, it took about a month as well and I received half of my order. I never received my other half and ended up contacting my bank for a refund. I think I will have to do the same agiain if it doesn’t arrive soon.
Suana is nice, heater unit broke after 3 months of use. Under Warranty so they sent me a new one but its been over three weeks and no movement. Response time on customer service is awful.Even since there response still no email back. Impossible to call or contact them.
They automatically add a 14$ package insurance charge which you can take off but I didn’t notice. So I paid 14$ to insure a 15$ package … makes no sense and when I emailed them they refused to refund me or cancel my order so I can re order without the insurance. (Had just ordered and wasn’t shipped yet) They also didn’t follow up on my rebuttal to their answer. Product is ok but customer service is no good
I love my Nurecover steam sauna! I have had a few issues with the Steam unit, but they have fantastic customer service and sent me a new unit quickly and without hassle! I sauna 4-5 times a week and never have felt so rested. After a long day of work, I look forward to relaxing in my steam sauna to decompress and relieve stress from my day!
I'm leaving this review as it seems to be the only way to get their attention, I have had the steam sauna and cold pod for a couple of years and have enjoyed them. So when I saw the new dry heat option I immediately ordered the new heater. However, that was over 2 weeks ago and despite numerous attempts to contact Nurecover, I have had no response! And now I have been told by the courier that they have lost it, PLEASE CAN NURECOVER RESPOND TO MY EMAILS TO SORT OUT THIS MESS!!!
