THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE confirmed... I've had nothing but problems with this company.. I went on here and wrote a review about it.. They replied with some general response they reply to everyone saying they will get ahold of them to fix the issue and yet they have done NOTHING.. Not a single email or anything in over a week and a half since they said they would get ahold of me right away. Just lies and deceit. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Update to my last review

Update to my last reviewStill only received part of the order. The Ice Bath was delivered on the 14th January but still no sauna. The tracking shows the whole order was delivered on the 14th but it wasn't, i even have camera footage of only one part being delivered on that date. Customer service doesn't reply, you can't speak to anyone on the phone. The whole thing is a scam. I am over £300 out of pocket and there is no one to speak to about it.Please avoid this company, they don't reply, they don't care, and from what I have seen from the Ice Bath, the product is crap.

Extremely happy about the product

Extremely happy about the product! It definitely works well. I use it after I workout so it’s difficult to stay for longer than 20 minutes right now. But definitely a life saver on those cold nasty dark days when you don’t feel like doing anything. At least you can sit in here for 20-30 minutes and get a nice sweat on. Get something to put under it though because it’s a wet sauna and will leak water, not much but it will. I also got a little hand squeegee to help clean it.

Did not recieve free products as advertised

My tropicpro sauna was supposed to receive a free ice bath and free waterproof mat. I did not recieve ethier.

Great unit to start...until the smoke singnals

We ordered the unit in mid November of 2024 and it came within a week. The speaker, and timer watch have not yet arrived, but we were also in the midst of a postal strike. We had used the sauna probably 30 or so times and in late January the steamer itself started to smoke the one night. I took it did some investigating and found the wiring is shorting out to the element at the bottom of the steamer pot. The phone number for support are completely useless and unmanned giving a false sense of hope. Still trying to work with the heavily automated system to get some sort of real contact from a person. This is all very unfortunate as when this thing was working it was working awesome. Hopeful to hear from someone who cares to help resolve this soon!

Delivered on time with all the parts. Easy to assemble but directions and parts should be labeled better kinda confusing when putting together.

The worst customer experience possible

Ordered sauna and dry heater but never received a shipping confirmation or even an order confirmation. Suddenly a sauna showed up at my house, WITHOUT THE HEATER.So I ordered a heater. It's shipping from China and has been in transit for a week but hasn't made it's way to American soil yet. I have reached out to customer service no less than six time and have NEVER gotten a response. Not a single word. Even when I was just asking for an order confirmation initially they couldn't be bothered to answer. Now that I want a full refund I'm sure they won't be any more helpful.
