Review Time
Only had the sauna for 6 months it's only been in use for 5 months as it was a birthday gift. So used from end Sept 2024. Some months this has not been used at all and some months maybe 3 to 4 times in the month. I put this on to heat up today and the hose connection to the lid sheared I'm extremely upset. I have reached out to the company and was told they have high demand and in reading these reviews it sounds like getting any sort of response is unlikely. If I could attach photos I would. This is terribly made and could be quite dangerous. Nurecover this is shocking! It's clearly not a one off.
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. As many others have noted, the real shipping time was not advertised—I did not receive my dry sauna until more than three weeks after placing my order. Upon setup, I followed the instructions carefully, but within minutes of turning it on, the unit displayed a fault code (FF).nothing in the manual to explain what this is.When I contacted customer support, they advised me to set the temperature to 55°C instead of 60°C to prevent overheating but the heating time would be longer. I went back to them again as my unit’s maximum temperature can only be set to go upto 35°C before you get the FF overheat code and the unit shuts down, which was insufficient to produce a sweat. Despite 17 back-and-forth emails, the company has not resolved the issue. I have repeatedly asked what the display reading should be, but this question has been ignored in four separate emails.To make matters worse, I was informed that returning the faulty sauna would require a 20% restocking fee, in addition to covering shipping costs. The company’s alternative offer was a 15% discount to keep a defective product that does not function as advertised. Additionally, their online return portal does not seem to work for customers to proceed if they select "other" as the reason for return as they don’t have an option for faulty.This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. I CANNOT recommend purchasing from this company, if you do it will be a gamble. Instead of issuing apologies in public forums and pretending to value customer feedback, they should focus on genuinely addressing and resolving customer concerns.
I heard good things about this product but the company is terrible to deal with. I purchased the Sauna and a part was missing so I couldn't install it. I have been trying to contact the company multiple times, both email and calling but it is like they are ignoring me (and I am sure most of the other customers with a problem). I am now out money for the sauna I cannot use and they won't even respond to me. I would recommend avoiding this company since it doesn't seem like anyone wants to help me out with my problem. I am so disappointed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Didn’t come with everything it was supposed to and the pro chiller gave out after two uses in less than a week of having it. It just spills oily lubricant substance into the water. Been trying to reach someone at the company for over a week and nothing. Absolutely a rip off and quite frankly, theft. Horrible company. 3-6-25Still nothing, even after they responded and said they would fix it.
2nd review on here about these as I've still not heard anything even though someone replied to last comment and contacted me, but after I'd sent my order details through communications went silent. So I've tried to return the item as other as it's just got the wrong poles but once I'm trying to upload the photos it starts the process from the beginning so I'm just on neverending process. So I tried again but returning it as wrong item and they try charge £58 for the privilege even though I couldn't use it if I wanted. 🤯😡😡 just tried to return it by a different route and it said I'm out of the 90 days returns policy they have..... erm 25th January to 27th February is apparently more than 90 days. They must be from planet zob Haha, obviously just a bot of some sort that replies as it's the same reply for everyone. No mention of my failed attempts of a solution from my 1st review 🤡🤡. I'm afraid I'm fighting a losing battle and I'm going to have to source the poles from elsewhere
