Review Time
I've had mine for 6 weeks now and used it 6 to 7 times thus far. I have it setup inside on some rubber floor matting. So far it has met every expectation with no disappointments. Only comment is better installation instructions with the steamer. I figured it out but more detailed installation instructions would be preferred.
The instructions were for the wrong product, leading to a longer set up. The operating instructions are non-existence and the little chair has already broke. The actual product itself, I have enjoyed. The hose set up is clunky and not exactly sure where it's supposed to be, you can't sit too close to it as it will burn you
This is my third negative review on this company.Yesterday, finally, got an email response from Nurecover that someone would be back in touch with me within 24 hours. NO SUCH LUCK! I spent over $1200 for the combination sauna and ice pod with ice pod water chiller. I have yet to receive the ice pod water chiller nor a phone call or email to resolve this issue. I have been trying to get my water chiller (that I paid for) for close to 3.5 weeks. I tried calling customer support today and again, no one answers the phone. Stull waiting on an email from support services to resolve the issue. THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS. The time, energy, effort, frustration, and aggravation that this is causing me is unfair. They always say they will get resolve the issue after they receive my email and that they will be in touch. It has almost been a month since I placed my order and this company is silent and seems like they feel it is ok just to take your money and not deliver the products ordered.
The products do exactly what they are supposed to do. Having your own Sauna and Cold plunge in your own home has been nothing but great. I do the contrast therapy between the two at least 3-5x a week. Love your products and I would highly recommend!!!
I actually do love their products, but their customer service is terrible. Our sauna ( the only product we have had issues with ) broke after using about 4 times. They were going to send me a replacement. We confirmed it was taken care of . When I asked for a tracking number, I never received one and I never received my replacement either. I also have emailed them and called them multiple times with no responses to help !
