I bought my sauna and started putting it together as soon as I got it. Unfortunately I was given the wrong size poles. I ordered the pro which is taller, and received the poles for the shorter sauna. I have attempted to reach customer service several times and have not talked to a single person. At this point I don't what to do. I plan on going to my bank to dispute the charge because I feel like I've been scammed.
The lid included with the tubs is substandard. I thought I’d upgrade the lid to the 2 in 1 “airtight” cover. The cover took nearly a month and a half to arrive (surprise surprise - came from China). The cover is just as poor as the one supplied with the pods on sale. Calling this product "Airtight" is 100% misleading.I returned the cover and was told I’m not eligible for a refund due to not sending it tracked (tracked would cost nearly a quarter of the price of the product!).There are plenty of other pods on the market, check these out and avoid this one. The lid is useless and their customer service isn’t very helpful.There's a reason this company doesn't have a 5* rating.
A horrible company selling a defective product that does not even heat up and is riddled with holes. Terrible customer service and predatory return policies. After fighting for a refund they then expect you to pay $130+ to send the thing back! Absurd.
I purchased the sauna and ice bath during Black Friday 2023, and when it arrived—three weeks later, despite being told it would only take a week for delivery—I discovered that the sauna cover had a hole in it and one of the poles was missing. I reached out to customer support three separate times with no response. Despite this, I decided to make do, using duct tape for the hole and accepting that the missing pole was just one of the horizontal floor poles. Since then, I've used the sauna maybe 30-60 times up to 45 minutes at a time, always cleaning it properly and using distilled water. Now, the sauna heater has completely stopped working. The company claims a 1-year warranty, but it’s clear they do not honor it—or they would have reached out to resolve my initial issues. The heater breaking after such little use is incredibly disappointing. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I absolutely cannot trust or recommend this company.
I bought my sauna months ago but hadn’t had a chance to open it. I thought a piece was missing so I was emailing back and forth with customer service. They were very quick to respond and happy to help even though my purchase wasn’t recent. My issue was resolved and customer service was helpful and friendly.
