Review Time
I've had a couple of issues over the past year, most recently the Steam unit and sent a customer service request in. After sending a video the Customer Service rep had a replacement unit shipped out. Very quick response and helpful support.
The water chiller works great but the hoses and connections leave alot to be desired. They are cheap and poorly made leaking at the slightest bend in the hose and kinking very easily. I had to invest another 100 dollars on my own hoses and connections. For the price of the chiller I expected better hoses and connections. After retrofitting with my own hoses, insulation, and connections I am very happy with the chiller.
The sauna is good, the rest is not. I truly enjoy the sauna. I use it regularly. The price was pretty good so I could see how much I would use one. The materials are rather cheap. The vessel for the water isn't big enough to last the time you can program. I feel like it would be easy to let it boil dry if you aren't careful. The sauna is tall enough that it takes a bit for the steam to fill the space. The two biggest complaints are the chair and the infrared lights. They should just leave the chair out - it's ridiculously small. The website mentions infrared lights but hardly mentions anything. I was excited to sauna and use the infrared lights. But it's only an approximately 10' rope that you have to install w/plastic clips that don't stay. If you are familiar with infrared, you would know this is not enough to expose one body part. Small portions have gone out already after two months. When I reached out for customer service, they ignored the question and when I followed up, I haven't heard back. Update: they did get back to me and are replacing the lights. I'm not hopeful, but they are taking action.
Absolutely horrible company knowingly scamming their customers. Received the ice bath with faulty threads so it leaks water everywhere and they’re refusing to refund it. They even told me to go and get teflon tape and fix it myself. The $1000 ice cooler that I purchased is also faulty as it leaks water from the inside of the unit and doesn’t get the water down to temperature and they’re completely ignoring that issue too.
I am enjoying my Nurecover cold plunge and the Nurecover team offers great customer support! I needed assistance to get up and running and was impressed by their responsiveness and support. I use the cold plunge frequently and am happy with the overall experience!
Only had the sauna for 6 months it's only been in use for 5 months as it was a birthday gift. So used from end Sept 2024. Some months this has not been used at all and some months maybe 3 to 4 times in the month. I put this on to heat up today and the hose connection to the lid sheared I'm extremely upset. I have reached out to the company and was told they have high demand and in reading these reviews it sounds like getting any sort of response is unlikely. If I could attach photos I would. This is terribly made and could be quite dangerous. Nurecover this is shocking! It's clearly not a one off.
