Don’t buy this

Don’t buy this! Product came damaged. The zipper broke right off and was frayed. Ice bath never came, and no one has responded to any of my emails. Their phones also don’t work. Still no update.They emailed me back and said because the product was opened they can’t refund.The product was opened and damaged, but that’s my fault? Update as of March 3rd: my bank has issued a charge back. The company emailed me stating: they couldn’t issue a refund as the product was used. It’s damaged, not used. Do not buy from this company!

Cheap Product, keeps your money, refunds near impossible

We requested to return the ice bath & chiller for a refund they responded with an offer to refund us 35% of our purchase price and we can keep the product. We declined their offer because the ice bath is an overpriced, cheap blow up tub that does not fit a grown man. We confirmed they received our return (we paid $100+ to ship it back), we waited for them to confirm receipt, waited while they decided if they were going to give us a full refund, got notified they had put in a refund request and we're still waiting for it. They told us they would "put in a refund request" on February 10th. It does not take that long to refund a credit card. They were responsive (albeit slow) until they said the refund request was made. Now they won't email us back, no one answers the U.S phone #, their chat-bot/customer service on the website has never responded back to us, and they do not reply to emails. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Items are overpriced, cheaply made and their customer services is awful.

Fire Hazard

Ordered this for my wife for Christmas. She loved it and all was going fine until about 6 weeks later, when the heating unit began smoking and smelling like something electrical burning. The unit then shut off completely. I've contacted the company via there website chat and, despite a note saying they "usually reply in a few hours" I got no response in 5 days. I also called their support line multiple times and got the "all our representatives are busy, leave a message for a callback." I did leave a message and never received a call back. UPDATE: I DID RECEIVE A NOTICE FROM TRUSTPILOT THAT NURECOVER REQUESTED MY EMAIL ADDRESS SO THAT THEY COULD CONTACT ME. THREE DAYS LATER ... STILL NO CONTACT.

Everything is horrible

Everything is horrible, my outputs blew up in sparks, the steamer plug is burnt. I have tried calling, emailing and left messages on the online chat and no response!!! After spending over $600 there is no response! I have to repair my outputs, so this purchase costed me more stress and money than I thought! It’s ridiculous how you guys promote your product and drop your customers once the item is delivered!

Received my sauna with a broken…

Received my sauna with a broken steamer. Emailed numerous times with videos showing the issue. Slow response or no response to emails unless I followed up and after 8 days friend all said hey we’re shipping out a replacement. Still haven’t received it and after 12 days I’m still waiting to even try the sauna and see how it actually works.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered the bundle with chiller. I waited to build the plunge until the chiller came. The pod had a leak which I promptly notified Nurecover. Started a back & forth with customer service which at first was prompt then the slowed to a terrible level. After having to take pictures then a video of the leak they decide to send a replacement but then retracted & said they were sending an o-ring which has yet to come. That may correct the ball valve issue but not the leak from the tub itself. So customer service hasn't been helpful so the company sends substandard materials &/or workmanship without caring to fix the issues

My experience with Nurecover has been…

My experience with Nurecover has been very disappointing. The products arrived well. But some parts were missing and the plugs were not European, and there were dead insects in the packaging of the sauna. The missing parts were: water pump and the thermo lid. Other than that, the product seemed to be of good quality. The sauna works well and I have no complaints, I'm fact, I think it is great. My complaint is with customer services, I attempted to contact them multiple times and was repeatedly ignored. At one point they contacted me apologising that their AI system was ignoring my emails, and asking for photographic evidence, which is difficult as you need to proof what is NOT there. I created a video for them and send it with an explanation, and again they ignored me. I then attempted to return everything through their portal, a shame really, because I am happy with the sauna, but upon completing the return form online they were charging me 413.40€ to return a product that THEY sent me incomplete. I feel cheated and very disappointed. And while I do recommend the sauna, I wouldn't recommend trusting them with your money as they have proven to be extremely poor at customer service and their suppliers in China, which is were they ship from, aren't careful enough with their packaging with missing parts and insects inside the parcels.

Best bang for your buck!

We have looked at $5000 dry saunas for months, but never pulled the trigger. We were referred by a friend to try this, and our whole family loves it! We have had it about a month, and we only missed one day of using when when we were gone. It’s become a part of our daily routine, and we’ve never felt better. My husband has had aches and pains that don’t hold him back anymore from exercising. I have received so many compliments on my skin looking clearer and brighter. Can’t say enough about the steam sauna and cold plunge!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks now about my damaged ice bath. I received one email back asking for video proof which I sent and then silence. No answer any time I call. I can’t use my product because it leaks and no one will respond to me. Do not recommend.
