this actually works out for people who don't have a gym with sauna services, even if you don't have time to work out i highly recommend to do it for at least 30min to unwind and unstress and it does relax you for better sleep at night
This sauna is exactly what I hoped it would be. Watched a few tutorials from real people on YouTube and I was off and running. Popped some spa music on my phone, popped on the Red Lights an it was great. Very happy for the price!
Stay away from this company. This is my second review of this company. After I finally got a response with my first review promising to fix any issues, still nothing done to right their wrong. After they have your money there is no one to be found. From what I see on other reviews returning the product and getting your money back is NOT a thing. There has been zero attempts to send me the missing parts so I can actually put together the sauna. It looks like the free ice bath with the sauna is fake also. The whole thing seems fraudulent. They are just a money grab. Zero customer service. I'd give them a zero star but I had to give them at least one to get a review in. Anybody reading this should order from a different company.
I’ve used this sauna almost daily since I’ve gotten it and I am seeing the benefits! I immediately feel refreshed and energized all day. Before using it, I would get sleepy early on in my day because I sit in front of a computer all day. Now, I’m more motivated and focused.
As a follow up to a former horrible experience review…after being forced to file a dispute with my credit card company I was told I would be getting a refund in order to settle things, and was even issued receipts showing as such from this company. That was over a month ago now, and have yet to receive any money back. I have sent emails begging to understand when I would see my refund. In my 40 years of life I have never been so frustrated with a company. I have no doubt that they will give me the automatic “please give Trustpilot further info and we will look into it”, but it is all bull. The positive reviews are clearly paid for or fraudulent. Interesting that the same people would be giving 5 star reviews 3 or 4 times over the course of 2 years. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Avoid this company like the plague. They claim to have a 100 day return policy if you are not 100% satisfied, BUT what they fail to tell you is that they will refuse to honour that and will ghost you when you try to contact them about making a return. I've been trying for a month now to return my purchase (because the quality is awful, even the Chinese sweatshop they have make these would laugh at how bad the quality is) and they continue to dodge and refuse which has forced me to get Mastercard involved to hopefully issue a chargeback so I can get my money back from these theirs and crooks.I would give pancreatic cancer a better review than Nurecover
Not a great company to deal with, I cancelled an order immediately for them to tell me there is a 20% restock charge! Which I’m pretty sure goes against consumer rights. I wouldn’t deal with them if you are on the fence of buying. No comment on product, but as a company, they should do better. Customer Service is also very poor with a reply taking weeks.
