Not a great company to deal with, I cancelled an order immediately for them to tell me there is a 20% restock charge! Which I’m pretty sure goes against consumer rights. I wouldn’t deal with them if you are on the fence of buying. No comment on product, but as a company, they should do better. Customer Service is also very poor with a reply taking weeks.
It is now April 25th, and I have been dealing with this company since February. They are unbelievably ineffective in responding and lack practical business practices. If you attempt a return, you will be put through the wringer and wait weeks for your refund. I have never worked with a company as incompetent and inefficient with their customers as they are. They continue to use an AI platform to respond, which lacks any practical assistance. I strongly suggest NOT buying from them.
AWFUL customer service experience. I’m still waiting for my sauna which I ordered 6 days ago, no one is available to assist me with this issue.The free ice pod came incomplete, missing the Lid and other items.Don’t recommend this company!!!!
This company is a scam. Do not order from them. I ordered a sauna from them and canceled the same day (within 2 hours if ordering it) they said they couldn’t cancel the order. My order then shipped several days after I cancelled it and when it arrived they made me jump thru hoops to return it and on top of that they are going to charge me $75 plus as a restocking fee plus shipping even though I asked them not to send it in the first place. No one ever answers their customer service line and it take 3-4 days for someone to get back to you via email. Once they knew I was not pleased with their service they quit getting back to me altogether. It’s been very frustrating. Order a sauna from another company. They aren’t worth the headache
I will say I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered the sauna and ice bath with the chiller. The sauna arrives the instructions are horrible but I got it together. The ice bath arrives but waiting on chiller. Eventually the chiller arrives except it is missing pieces. I reach out to the company they ask for photos of what arrived I sent them. A week later I received another email asking for a video. I do that. I have been emailing them asking what’s next, when will I receive my parts and it’s been radio silence. I am extremely frustrated with this company. They do not uphold their end of the deal. There are other companies out there. Please do not order from this one let them fail as they have failed their customers. I have bought an ice bath chiller that is completely useless until I find a way around making missing pieces. I highly encourage go somewhere else avoid this company.

Sauna steamer began to malfunction almost immediately after the "1 year manufacturer warranty" period expired. They refused to do anything about it (even after being reminded that warranty is on top of basic consumer rights as per the consumer rights act) and encouraged me to just "buy a new one".Disgraceful customer service, terrible product life and no regard for consumer rights or product quality guarantee.
Horrendous customer service!!! I received my Nurecover tropic pro red-light sauna and was excited to start using the product. But, when I started to assemble it, I quickly realized the connectors, red-light and clips were missing from my order. Have you ever tried to assemble a tent without the frame and hardware?!?! It's not possible. I went to their website for help and reached out to their "24hr customer service". I tried reaching out via chat, email and phone only to receive zero response. I have been trying to reach Nurecover support for days on multiple platforms and they are never available. The web link shows they are always offline, and no phone calls have ever been answered no matter what time I try calling. After my experience I have realized through research others have experienced the same issue with missing parts and inability to reach anyone for support. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been left with no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company since I didn't receive the full order, and they refuse to provide any support. Don't make the same mistake I did!!!!! Avoid this company at all cost.
Packaged well, Very easy set up. i use it every other day and sometimes more. My only recommendation would be to use a battery powered fan (small) to help keep the heat & steam more towards the middle and lower part of the sauna as it tends to be quite a bit hotter at the top making the small chair a bit less effective when sitting down.
My experience with NuRecover has been appalling. I canceled my order within hours, expecting a response within their stated 24 hours. Instead, I waited four days, only to be told it was too late to cancel because the order was “processed” already. Ironically, I didn’t receive confirmation of the order processing until six hours after that email. Which tells me they purposefully waited to respond to me until it was too late to cancel the order as requested. I then asked for a prepaid return label, and they told me to wait for delivery and provide proof. Only after I did that did they then inform me that I’d have to not only pay for return shipping but I’d also be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. They conveniently withheld this information until it was too late to refuse the package. For a company who has a “100 day moneyback guarantee” that seems like an awful lot of money the customer is losing if they choose to return - which leads me to believe they do this to deter people from actually returning. So shady. When I mentioned writing a review, they essentially told me there was nothing they could do. But when I posted on Trustpilot and the Better Business Bureau, the company quickly responded, claiming they apologized & wanted to make things right. After providing the requested information, I of course heard nothing back. It’s clear their responses on public platforms are just for show so they don’t look as bad.Beware of this company; they have hundreds of similar reviews detailing horrific experiences. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.UPDATE: it’s been weeks and I haven’t heard a peep from this company after they responded on here. So them reaching out to “make it right” is just as deceptive as the rest of their business practices.
