Review Time
I have purchased this item about 3 weeks ago and I have not received anything, they send you a tracking number but when you go and check it's does not exist. When you use it in the nurecover says it's being dispatched and has not changed. Iv called and the automated voice speaks and say the agents are busy and hangs up!. Iv emailed many many times and have had no response, iv tried contacting via social media and no response. If I could give no stars I certainly would. Can't tell you how the product is or how it will perform but based on my current experience I doubt I will receive anything. After the they say they will get back to and sort it, still no email has been replied to even though though they ask for your information.
Does not get hot. If you want “sauna” this is not it. If you want a “steam room”, sure I guess it works. A friend has one off Amazon for half the price and it gets hotter than this nure cover. Also 3-5 day shipping is a crock. More like 3 to 4 weeks.
I bought the tropic pro sauna and a 2 year damage protection plan with the product. We have used sauna 10-12 times and works great but the red light theray light switch broke and I have tried for a week to get in contact with them for a replacement with no luck or response. Would not recommend product because of customer service.
I ordered the steam sauna ice bath combo. I received the steam sauna but the ice bath never came. My attempts to contact customer service were greeted by an automated voice with an option to leave a message. Not great customer service. Set up instructions were not straight forward and seemed to missing a few steps but you can kinda figure out where everything is supposed to go. Still waiting to hear back from customer service about the cold plunge. I will be returning if the rest of the product does not arrive. Update: they stated since I applied a 10% off coupon they emailed me that my purchase was not eligible for the free cold plunge. In nowhere in the checkout process is this stipulated and when I checked out the cold plunge was listed on the order to be shipped. This company participates in FALSE ADVERTISING! Currently waiting on return label and instructions from company.
This product deserves 0 stars. Biggest rip off online around. Sauna get mildly warm at best. Not even close to the temp they promote. Red lights might as well be string lights and die after 2 sessions. I would give anything to get my money back. This company is a SCAM!!!
