Order #NU300338, ordered 12/13/2024, Sauna with free ice bath, listed 3-5 days delivery. Ice bath only arrived 12/22 (9 days), reached out to customer service 12/25, response 12/28, passed through customs at LAX awaiting pick up from delivery service and tracking number would be shared as soon as it was available. Have heard nothing since then, it is now 1/3/2025. I have sent several follow up emails. Based on the reviews I have read here it looks like this is standard practice, I sincerely hope I have not been completely scammed and that the sauna shows up someday.
I know that the second sauna took a while to get here but the sauna is AMAZING. Easy to use and hot/steam but does not impact the room it’s in.I am going to get additional infrared lights and a bigger chair (just personal preference) but use it at least 5 times a week along with the ice bath.Can’t fault it
Terrible customer service, I have sent an email, left voicemails, and requested a call. I have not received any correspondence from them. They advertised a free ice bath with a sauna purchase, which I made. I received the sauna but did not get the ice bath.
shipping said 3-5 days from within the US...BULLSHIT!!!! it's been 21 days...coming from China, going all over the place, frankly I'm pissed it has taken so long. normally I wouldn't care if I didn't go to this website a couple days ago and see that they are allegedly shipping saunas from the USA anywhere in the USA within 3-5, and mine has has taken 21 days....this is BULLSH*T.
I asked to cancel 1 of 2 orders a few minutes after I placed it and was told it would be cancelled if it had not shipped. It still shipped a few days later and was expected to pay to ship it back along with a 20% restocking fee. Now I get no response from the company when I expressed my frustrations. Shady business that I wish I had not engaged with. Update: I received a response by email after writing this review with the same shameful customer service. Nothing has been resolved.
Nurecover Steam Tent is a great product. It was easy to setup (20min) and is simple to use. I put a temperature gauge in mine and I’m pushing 120degrees and feel great after a 20min session. It takes a bit longer than I thought to warm to the temp I like (10-15min) but that has not been prohibitive in any way. Take steam before bed and you’ll improve your sleep. Highly recommend the Nurecover steam tent!
Great machine, it gets hot pretty fast. My whole family loves it. Only thing that kind of feels like a selling point check was the red light. It is kind of a weak light and overall doesn’t do much. I still give it five stars because it is a great machine and use it twice a day.
