I ordered a pair of trainers on the 30th April, still haven’t received them.. I’ve emailed off spring & emailed the trust the pilot email aswell still nothing.. had no email with tracking number on or anything, they was for my fiancés birthday and now it’s come and gone.. not happy at all, just want to know if they are on there way

No Refund at All!!!!

Have promised a refund on May 1 but still have not received any at all. Poor communication on their side. They do not reply to e-mail at all. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I will not recommend it to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Ordered a pair of shoes on the 30th of April and I still haven’t received an email to confirm shipping. I have contacted both the help email address and socials and I’ve had no response. Seeing all the bad reviews on here has got me worried that my order will get cancelled now. Terrible experience so far.

Still waiting on my refund to my bank or to my PayPal 24 days after being advised it was issued. Customer service providing same canned message, still no refund. Awful, awful customer service experience.

3 TIMES MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED

3 TIMES MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO STOCK. I've looked at the webiste and it says a shoe is stock but then I place the order and it is no longer in stock and my order is cancelled. It is so frustrating and they don't even have live chat even though they say they do. Such a terrible company.

Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience. 3 weeks after getting shipping confirmation email order still haven’t been delivered, going back and forth with emails trying to claw my money back, looks like will need to request a chargeback from my credit card provider.An update, they responded to my feedback asking to email them, I emailed and this morning they replied saying I have to wait until they click and collect team responds. Lol is this a joke. Avoid this like a plaque.
