Review Time
After reading the Trustpilot reviews, I must say that I was rather sceptical about ordering from Offspring. I wanted a certain style of NB 550's, and they were one of the only online shops to have the ones I wanted in a size 10, and with a holiday only days away, I hesitantly pulled the trigger. That was Friday. After ordering and selecting Yodel next day delivery, I got the expected order confirmation email, but then was left wondering over the weekend due to a lack of a follow up dispatch confirmation.My worries soon disappeared as Yodel started messaging first thing Monday morning, and by midday, they had arrived! Would I order from Offspring again? Absolutely.
After some slow communication to start and a slight delay on the shipping, I emailed the customer services team who swiftly updated me and despatched my order - which I then received two days later. Overall I'm very happy with the item received (Birkenstock Boston clogs in Taupe suede) and overall service.
Don’t buy here if you actually want your order - placed an order on 11th June and still don’t have my order - they use Yodel to deliver who have said they would deliver on Saturday then again today and nothing I’ve contacted Offspring who have ignored my email I just want a refund now so I can buy my shoes from a company that use a reputable delivery company
THIS SITE IS A SCAM I made an order on Friday and the website states that it will ship within 8 or 24 hours but I still haven’t received a dispatched email and they aren’t replying to any of my emails ! This is sooo annoying and I’m thinking of asking my bank to refund the payment Order number W66761879
Never received confirmation about my purchase yet they took money out my account can customer service please get back to me I paid for next day delivery which it should be coming today but I still don’t have no confirmation from theses people
I ordered some shoes, they weren’t getting delivered to my house but they were at the local depot. Try contacting yodel to get it delivered, was told to speak to offspring. Offspring told me I have two options. Pick it up myself from the depot, or the shoes will have to be returned to them and then re shipped again.I told them I will go for option 2. I asked them when I would get my order and was told that I’ll just get a refund when the shoes get returned to themWaited over 2 weeks for these shoes that are now getting returned to them, and I can’t reorder because they’re no longer available. Customer service replies with 1 sentence emails and are not helpful at all@editThere was 0 attempts, I postponed the delivery because I was going on holiday. Which is why I ordered the shoes in the first place but they didn’t make it on time
Ordered a pair of shoes and then heard absolutely nothing!! It’s been days!! Should have listened to the reviews. Asked customer service about my order multiple times with no reply. Very very disappointed as now they’re holding my money and I’ve received nothing
Once again SITE TO FLEW URGENTLY, the customer service repeats the same things about my package that was stolen a month ago, that the package was signed by me. Except that I never RECEIVED AND SIGNED FOR THIS PARCEL. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, THE SITE WILL NEVER HELP YOU, THEY KEEP REPEATING THE SAME PHRASES. I LOST 130€ TO FLEE URGENTLY !!!!! I will put a notice every day until the situation is resolved!!! Order W66396952A complaint will be filed against the company and the carrier soon, I advise you to do the same in case of theft from this company, which validates the fact that the carrier makes signatures in your place to steal your packages.
