Review Time
EDIT: My order came in the end, about a week late and they said it was because they were trying to find the perfect pair for me with no damage or something.. well it would have been nice to get an update instead of being stressed about where my order was. Either way updated to 3 stars instead of 1 star just because they didn't want to send me a bad pair of shoes. Not given 5 stars because lack of communication. Where is my order!!!??? Ive ordered two pairs of shoes.The delivery option I chose was to have it collected at my local store.Dispatch email I got 5 days ago.Just found out my local store is permanently shut down, yet they still used that shop as an option for me to collect from.. (I believe it's been closed a while now).Many emails to the help team, no replies. Been 2 weeks nows. Nothing... Moneys out the bank.... Only option left is to walk into the police station.. No number you can call. Just email.. And they say it may take 5 days for us to answer.. Mugs. Watch how I sue them.. I'm the wrong one to Rob.
I have ordered a pair of trainers and delivery was supposed to be made by Yodel I received no notification of the supposed delivery, it was meant to be delivered to a Yodel shop but was allegedly refused, I checked the tracking the next day only to find out that it has been returned to Offspring. Your customer service is non existent why is it so difficult to try and resolve a problem. This was my first time ordering from Offspring but definitely my last absolute shambles of a company, how are they actually still in business? Tried a live chat to sort this out but this was also a joke.
Ordered 2 pairs of New Balance trainers, both delivered in excellent condition, little over 24 hours later. Kept up to date via email once order had been placed and then despatched. Only after placing my order did I read all these negative reviews re Offspring, which slightly panicked me. My experience has been positive one (thankfully).
Placed an order 10 days ago and received only a confirmation email but no shipping details ( even tho it was next day shipping). I have reached out multiple times to customer service but no reply... the payment has been taken but they haven't responded or sent me anything. STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM.
Absolute joke of a company. Their delivery partner is Yodel, should have known better when placing the order. 10 days with the tracking information saying “out for delivery” with no attempt. Changed delivery to collect from a shop, 3 days of “out for delivery” and still nothing. Yodel is essentially uncontactable, Offspring basically tries to brush you away with no real answer or actual help. Requested to cancel order, still nothing. Go spend your money elsewhere, it’s not worth your time even if you’re buying things off sale.
