Have not received my order i ordered the AIR JORDAN 1 HIGH TRAINERSTRUE BLUE WHITE CEMENT GREY and I ordered them on the 16th April it says 3 - 5 working days and still nothing and also i have tried to track my order and it says still with sender it’s not even got to the depot so I want to know what’s going on I have also made part of the payment with klarna

AVOID AVOID AVOID USED SHOES SENT TO ME!!!!

Absolutely horrified, received my order today and the shoes have been worn AND USED!!!To make it even worse the wrong size is in the box!This is not what I expect from a reputable company such as this, first time and last time customer hereI've emailed but I'll be taking this to social media tooAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Worst ever online shopping experience. I ordered a pair of shoes and chose to collect them from a store. They were dispatched right after I ordered them but still haven't arrived after 10 working days. I tried to contact customer services but apparently, they don't even have a number to call. I have to contact them via email, which according to the auto-reply, they will only reply me in FIVE days! It might be faster if I just contact my credit card company to request a refund from them!!!Update: they just forwarded my request to another team, and it’s going take them 72 hours to reply?!

First time order from offspring and…

First time order from offspring and most definitely the last one! Ordered some no protection pack as couldn’t find anywhere else, all going fine, received confirmation from yodel that delivery was coming, thankfully been an expensive shoe it couldn’t be left unattended, great I thought, until next email says it’s been delivered!!!!! No photo, not with neighbours, no card in letterbox, nothing!!!!! Now offspring/office say I have to go through a massive claim process which I am, but now say my claims form isn’t clear enough??? It’s perfectly clear, customer service will just try and wriggle out of everything!! End of the day office/offspring/yodel havnt kept to there side of the contract but won’t refund??? Shambolic company with no real customer service…. Save your time and money and shop at size/footpatrol

Off spring why have you stopped selling Jordan 4s and when you do it’s like your customers have to get in the queue . Buying sneakers is a normal thing but now days it’s a nightmare and you’re letting us get ripped off buy these resellers.not just rappers that can afford same trainers, but top shelf. Think about it ppl are only catering for the rich and famous, and it’s not fair anymore

The wrong item was received

The wrong item was received and although cusomer service is somewhat responsive, I was simply told it was human error and they closed the ticket as I then had a bounceback email to say they'd be in touch with my new query within 5 days. Refund? Exchange? Some sort of solution would be helpful. I've ordered the item from Office shoes this time, although probably all from the same warehouse as they're owned by Office, so hopefully I actually recieve the correct item this time.

Terrible Customer Service

Offspring is fine if all goes well, but I have had an incredibly frustrating experience through no fault of my own.Offspring sent me the wrong colour shoes. I then had to drop them off at a parcel shop to receive a refund. Despite requesting a full refund several times, instead I have been sent an exchange which I do not want and a refund is being refused. Presumably I will need to return once again to the parcel shop to drop off the unwanted exchange and hope that the same does not happen again. Customer service has been non-existent. They were only aware that an exchange had been processed after requesting that I send them the tracking details I was receiving. In further communication, the team simply copied and pasted the tracking number I had sent back to me.To make matters worse, Offspring do not provide a contact number to easily and efficiently resolve problems. Avoid buying from them!

Buyer beware

It's really disappointing that Offspring failed to provide a satisfactory response and the only way to get a satisfactory resolution and refund was via my bank.I will never shop with them again.
