Review Time
I was worried to order with OffSpring after reading the reviews, however they were the only company I could find selling the trainers I wanted, so I took the plunge.I received my order confirmation within minutes, then I received my despatch notice only a few hours after purchase and the items were at my door 24hrs after I purchased and I didn’t even pay for next day delivery.Honestly, personally I cannot fault my experience purchasing from them :)
I palced 2 orders within the same week and on both occasions the item received was the wrong item. I've emailed them via their help to resolve this but they just dont reply. I don't want to pay out of my pocket to send these back and I would like my postage costs refuned as the wrong item was sent.
Despite the bad reviews i read on here, i decided to chance ordering from Offspring and i have been very pleasantly surprised! The order was dispatched quickly, handed to Yodel for Delivery and then delivered a day earlier than expected. The order was double boxed so there was no damage at all to the actual shoe box. On top of all this, the shoes i ordered were 40% cheaper than any other website i could find. I would definitely recommend based on this experience.
Parcel arrived on time. Everything was good. Customer service responded within 2 hours. Taken a star because they don't make it clear what gender the Nike air force trainers are for and two customer service agents both said the opposite. Happy overall.
Ordered a pair £155 Nike used Klarna to pay , they took first straight away, but have heard nothing from offspring No way of calling them just email but get no response from them, no idea if order went through or when will get them , every other web site you get a confirmation within minutes Very disappointed and would never use again or even recommend
Placed an order on 1st March 2023 - received email on 4th March that my item had been dispatched. I then contact customer service on 9th March asking for an update only to receive a email that my return has been received and my refund is on its way. Never received an item in order to return and thank god I chased it
After reading these reviews I was a bit worried. I personally haven’t had a problem with this company I placed an order on Tuesday the 7th of March standard delievery and received my order today Thursday the 9th of March. Would happily use this company again.
