Avoid! Ordered a pair of £140 trainers. Paid for next day delivery. Still not arrived over a week later and missed my wife’s birthday. Very poor customer service - slow responses and very unhelpful. I’ve asked twice for a refund of the delivery costs which weren’t honoured and the shoes which haven’t been delivered - but to no avail. Very inconvenient , stressful and frustrating.
Placed order yesterday afternoon, no order confirmation via email and I ordered in time to receive same day dispatch and I've heard nothing which is unlike any other company ive ordered from online as you normally get a order confirmation email within minutes. Now the shoe is showing out of stock in my size. Wait upto 5 working days for a reply? Shipping on the item is 3-5 business days. Please change your practices to keep customers in the loop especially when we are spending money
Visited the offspring store in the Trafford centre Manchester. Good range of stock, however the staff are rude and unhelpful. female shop assistant had terrible customer service skills and her attitude was awful. This was my first experience in offspring and I was met by this attitude.
Don’t buy from this website if you are outside of the UK. They f you over on custom duties. I thought I was getting a good deal but then a few days after me ordering my product an email is sent to me saying I have to pay €60 in order to get my parcel
Placed an order online yesterday. Worried as I foolishly didn’t read reviews before placing my order, so went to check the orderStatus this morning. It still hasn’t been dispatched but now it’s saying the product is out of stock in the sizeI need. This seems to be a common occurrence for this company. I’ve tried to find a contact number to enquire whether my order is still coming or if not that I have not been charged as they were not cheap! There is no contact number or customer services you can call? Email sent with a 5 day turnaround?! I ordered this as a gift and need to find something else if I amNot going to receive my order. Poor management of stock levels, poor customer service and poor turnaround for emails. I am clearly not the first to have the same complaints so surely this is something that needs looking into further. Without a fast resolution I will not be using this company again for any future purchases
Ordered some Jordan 1s they came creased down the toeline and the box was ripped to bits. Contacted for a partial refund and was told I would only get 10% back as I tried them on for size (like you do in every shoe shop) as what do you do if they don't fit? Unfair after I paid £165. It's now been 6 days and no partial refund or word back from customer service. Absolutely terrible customer services and no number to call so now I'm stuck with these damaged trainers and box.
