Shoes turned up in the state the previous customer had returned them in. No paper in the shoes, right shoe loosened as it had obviously been tried on, tissue paper screwed up not wrapped around the shoes.Pretty poor service. Zero quality control.

i still have not received my Vans after 10 days

Order no: W60909805 customer no:CU1374419 I bought my vans 10 days ago and i’m still waiting for the delivery! i’ve been in my house waiting for this delivery’s i work from home i also checked the tracking to see where my parcel is and it keeps saying it will be delivered today and it been the same for the last 5 days. i got in touch with offspring about this and they said it will take 48hrs to 5days for an investigation, which i think is totally out of order and then on top of that they use the worst rated delivery company to deliver my shoes. i wanted these sneakers for an event and now i’m going to have to look for an alternative because a simple job like delivering shoes to a door cannot be done. so now i’m out of money and i have no sneakers AVOID buying shoes from offspring online store it’s a total nightmare, I wish i sent them to my local store to pick up instead. the customer service is also whack and they do not help at all they just repeat everything written down for them.if i don’t get an update by Friday 8th october, i will be getting in contact with trading standards because this service is appalling!

Appalled by Offspring

Appalled by Offspring. They sent me an order CONFIRMATION and after hearing nothing after 5 days I contacted their customer services. They say 'sorry' but they don't have any stock so cannot fulfil my order AND that my order confirmation didn't constitute a guarantee of order fulfilment. I will NEVER buy from them again!

No Shoes Received and no refund for two weeks!

Despite online confirmation of order and payment and a subsequent email informing me my shoes had been dispached, after following up with the vendor I was told my 'shoes had been lost due to stock availability'. Either the shoes were lost or there was no stock in which case I should have been unable to order these. I had been trying to get a hold of these shoes however yet again failed to successfully take ownership.Since my last email communication with this company and despite being told that my money would be refunded into my bank account within 2-5 working days from the day which I was notified by them I would not be getting my shoes (27/09). I have now been informed by them (from today 06/10) that I won't receive my deposit for a further 5 working days. I have tried to speak to a manager (but they have ignored my request so far) to escalate this further as they have told me my refund cannot be expedited further which working in finance I am well aware of the refund options available to them.NB: I was asked by the vendor to leave a reveiw however since it was made it has been removed due to 'not meeting their guidelines' hence why I have decided to leave a review on trustpilot.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I don’t know who the staff think they are, in store and online. They literally think they’re better then the customers. Very rude.Cancelled my air max bw order, without a heads up or anything. Very poor. Had been waiting for this all week. Only found out they had an Apple Pay issue when I emailed them. I would much rather recommend END clothing SNS or Footpatrol, for GRs

They keep using yodel to send my trainers an yodel keep robbing me I contact both parties offspring say to contact yodel an yodel you can’t get trough to them I’ve sent 100s of emails no reply crap compamy won’t be using againNo point in contacting you guys already done that an your your reply is that yodel has sent proof of delivery but this is a old delivery An no I don’t wanna try an resolve it with you guys Cus you don’t resolve nothing you work with thieves and a company you can not contact
