Trying to shop shoes

Trying to shop shoes. They constantly say they deliver to my country but it’s not to be found in the country selectee. Obviously an error by it department or something but they just continue to tell me to try other browsers other devices even though I’ve told them repeatedly that I’ve tried this and it doesn’t work anywhere. Pretty frustrating

Would give 0 stars if possible.Ordered an item and the delivery never came. I was in all day and there was noone else in my block of flats in as they were all away. I received a text at 5:30 pm claiming my item was delivered at 12:26pm when this is plainly false. I then contacted the customer service team only to be told to wait for them to contact the Yodel courier. After 5 days of waiting for them they reply that they 'delivered the item but cannot remember the description of the recipient". Yes of course, becuase YOU DIDNT DELIVER. The fact that Ross the customer service assistant thought this was an appropriate response to a customer who has given his company money and not received anything is disgusting. Do you think I'd be emailing and complaining about a 25 quid pair of shoes if I received them? NO. It is simply the principle. I have paid you and so far received nothing. If yodel have lost the order as they did over 500 of my companies orders in a month then reprimand them by paying them less and refund me what I am OWED.
