Review Time
My first pair of Oliver Cabell shoes bought 2 years ago have been great and I'm time. This order 505120 was placed in January 2024 and I am sti waiting and it's August 2024. I've emailed multiple time and each email tells me they will be shipped in June, then July and now Aug.
Shoes are fine, about what you’d expect for the price. The experience is miserable. All the effort goes into marketing. Ordered early August, then spent almost three months chasing up that order. Nothing on the site concerned new releases and shipping being months later, but that’s the line when nothing turns up for a while. Customer service is prompt (ish) but you get the feeling they’re used to dealing with unsatisfied customers. Definitely not worth the hassle and I get exactly why their Trustpilot rating is below mediocre.
Order Number #555663, Men's Low 1 | Fogs Ordered shoes on July 1 with standard shipping. A month later, nothing has come at all. I emailed the company on July 18 and they told me that my shoes were scheduled to be shipped out mid-late July. It is now August, no sign of my shoes nor any notification of them being shipped. When will my shoes come?
I ordered a pair of Ghost 1s on July 31st, got the confirmation, and have reached out multiple times and gotten no response. I chose the 2-3 day shipping and no update still. Size 10 order number #563853. When in August is it shipping?
Order number #556813Ordered a pair of Low 1 | Belmont on July 4 with standard shipping (apparently 3-8 days). 26 days later, it is July 30 with no sight of my order. They said on my other review that it will be shipped before late july but still got no track n trace. Will my order ever come?
I wish I researched the review section before placing an order!I would have found out that they actually don’t have customer service, but some sort of a weird system (bots),and then when you finally get an answer it is from different people and they all try to push the sale hard, to avoid returns and refund!!They charge return fee!The return fee is $75!!!I had to wait several days for response from them!I requested a refund 5 days ago and there’s no response.Dead silence, all replies have stopped completely, and no refund in sight!!!!If I don’t receive my refund in the next few days, my next move is dispute the charge with the CC company!Stop embarrassing yourselves and digging a deeper hole!Refund my money ASAP!!!!To answer your reply:I don’t want the shoes, I want a refund, so stop justify your actions and refund my money!!!!
This is a marketing company. Clearly all resources go into social media and website marketing because there is NO customer service. There is no phone number and if you email a question, you get a bot response that someone will get back to you 'as soon as possible'. No commitment on when your order will arrive and no commitment on when anyone will even respond to you.
The delivering was very fast and good. Gave me many updates and took just 5 days. The shoes was amazing and looked very good. They looked very alike on the website and in real life, the color was just a bit different, but not much. I don’t get it that Oliver cabell has so many bad reviews. To me it was a very good and trustworthy website. Would definitely recommend.
