I ordered sneakers. I am a size 40. Very occasionally I take size 41. Taking some advice on their website, I ordered size 41. Too big. To return the shoes from Australia to America would cost $200 using a courier as requested. So I am left with shoes I can't wear. I can't justify spending out of pocket $200 to return the shoes.
Great shoe the first time I ordered. Ordered a second pair and stitching was off and a dent in the toe of the shoe. When I reached out to customer service to ask for an exchange they asked me to send a photo, which I did. They proceeded to tell me it is a blemish in the leather and since it is a natural material there might be blemishes in the shoe. I explained it was a "dent" on the front of the shoe which is very noticeable. They tried to have me return the shoe, AT MY COST, without the promise an exchange would be possible until they could inspect it in person. I sent them a photo which clearly shows damage that no one would want to wear! I since switched ordering to Thursday Boots for my shoes and the quality is superior.
If I could give it a zero, I would. I placed an order for their men's Low 1 | White (EE Wide) shoes. It took over 4 months to get delivered, because they said it was being made by hand. I got the shoes for my fiance, and when it came, he tried it on. He couldn't even stand in the shoes, because they were hurting his feet. Despite how excited he was for the shoes, he wanted to return them because he was not going to be wearing them. They were defective. So, I tried to submit a return on the website. I bought the shoes for about $215. But, when I was returning them, I got two options that provided two different return methods (1) refund to original payment method (2) store credit. Since we waited a long time for the shoes, we didn't want to place another order and take the risk of it being defective again. So, I obviously wanted to do a return to original payment methods. However, the prices offered for the two methods were different by $40. When I reached out to Olilver Cabell, they said it was because they have a restocking fee. I explained that we weren't returning it because we don't like the shoes, we are returning it because the shoes are defective. This conversation started back in early October a week after we received the shoes. It is now mid-November, and I still haven't gotten a resolve to this matter. The Oliver Cabell team keeps asking me the same questions, despite me providing all of the necessary information, including pictures of the defective shoes. To top it off, they don't even honor their 60 day warranty. These are expensive shoes. They also took a while to get to us. And now, having to go through this is extremely agitating. They don't respond to emails, they give you vague responses, and they are not willing to give me my money back even though the shoes are unworn, in their original packaging. DO NOT BUY FROM OLIVER CABELL. Honestly, such a waste of money. This is definitely a fraudulent business.
Absolute garbage. Waited 8 months for a pair of shoes represented on there website that tells us they are made in Italy. When I received the shoes they were tagged made in Vietnam. I will be following up with the better business bureau along with other outlets. Misrepresented...
I bought two pairs of trainers, they sent them separately which meant every pair on top of paying insurance paid customs/VAT on top of £48.12 for each shoe. i think it is a rip off if you are buying from UK.one shoe is yet to be delivered and one was delivered last month. I’ve always been impressed with the quality of your shoes, but this time, my experience has been frustrating from start to finish.After placing an order for the wide version of the shoes, I received no shipping notification for several days. When I reached out, I was informed that the wide shoes wouldn’t be available until January — a detail that was not mentioned on your website at the time of purchase, but was only added later. After several emails, I managed to switch to the regular width, but now that I’ve received them, I am incredibly disappointed with the quality.The shoes feel nothing like the ones I’ve purchased in the past. They are lightweight, feel cheaply made, and lack the premium craftsmanship I’ve come to expect. The interior materials feel subpar, the leather on the outside feels more like plastic, and overall, they don’t resemble the high-quality shoes I’ve loved over the years.I’m deeply saddened by this decline in quality and I’m left questioning why these changes were made. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’m not sure I will continue to purchase from Oliver Cabell in the future.
on order: #578473. i orderd a pair of shoes to the worng adres. on the order you cant change the adres or cancel the order. so if you do somting wrong whit your order and you have paied there is not turning back. they also have very bad servis because they dont respond to emails. SO i have wasted 250$ because i am not going to get my shoes. SO dont put in the worng adress because this laying bad company wont let you change it.

But the customer neither has the product nor a reliable forecast of its delivery.I think all reasonable deadlines have already been passed. 🫥🫣🤦 What a mess🤦If Oliver Cabell are unable to produce..... Let us know and we will find a way forward..... 🙏 For example, returning the money.......I believe that for a luxury brand, the amount I paid will not help Oliver Cabell with your expenses, so if Oliver Cabell are unable to deliver next week, the amount will have to be returned as it represents nothing for Oliver Cabell luxury accounts, which should be quite healthy....
