Review Time
Put an order in to them in April, they said that they would make them and send them in June. Now it is late August and the support promised first in the middle of July and then promised that they would be here in the middle of August, we are passed that also.... So tired of the answers I have recived from the support...
This is my first purchase from this company and so far we are not off to a great start... I have submitted two tickets (once via email and one through the online form on the website) + a message on your Twitter account. It's day 3 and still no reply. I ordered the Low 1 Daybreak as a birthday gift to myself. During the checkout, it automatically added a $15 "Shipping Protection" fee which I found odd since these are sneakers you're shipping not a box of breakable glassware. I promptly removed the option and mysteriously after I paid, I realized at some point it readded the fee back. I immediately emailed to request the refund of this charge OR to cancel my order so I could place a new order (if it isn't possible to refund the single fee). Again, no response. So what gives? First impressions are important and so far you're failing hard. Reading through the other frustrated/angry customer reviews doesn't help either but I'm willing to be patient and to reverse my review if someone would contact me to assist. Thank you, I'm still holding out hope but the clock is ticking...
DONT BUY!! So I will share a second bad review since my sneakers are still unfulfilled and this brand just doesn't deliver. After my last chat with them by this moment I should be wearing the shoe like they promised last month.An airline would have better customer service than Oliver Cabel. I went ahead and updated my review with my order# and they never got back to me. For anybody asking why I haven't canceled my order is because I do want to know and expose ho much time and lies these guys tell and promise their clients. FYI my order: #550845
Ordered a pair of shoes that never showed up. It took 13 e mails to make a claim while it took several days in between each e mail. A month later I still don’t have anymore info. I don’t know if they are coming or not. No phone number for them. No refund and no shoes over a month later. I would highly recommend not purchasing from Oliver cabell
I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. They sent us defective shoes and then charged a restocking fee for the return. Very disappointing experience. It’s concerning how they handle their customers, and I noticed several negative reviews from other buyers as well. Be cautious if you decide to purchase from them
I came across an ad for these shoes on Instagram and was drawn to the promise of high-quality, made-in-Italy footwear at a reasonable price. My first purchase, the Low 1, was satisfactory, so I decided to order 10 more pairs in various shades of white, grey, and black to match with my suits. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the subsequent pairs.The fit is uncomfortable, particularly at the front, where the design squeezes my big toe painfully after walking just a few hundred meters. Additionally, the quality of the leather does not live up to expectations—it feels hard and lacks the premium feel of more established brands. The overall design is also not to my liking.To make matters worse, when I tried to resell the shoes online, I found that they had little to no resale value, likely because the brand is not well-known. In hindsight, I should have invested in a brand I trust.Lastly, their customer service was disappointing and unhelpful, adding to my frustration with this purchase.
Haven’t gotten my shoes yet which are belmont sand ghosts I ordered a week ago and expected getting them now, but just found out they aren’t shipping them until September. I think they should be more clear when I am getting the shoes as I order, but looking forward to get these shoes.
