Review Time
Bought shoes in the beginning of April to get some new shoes for the summer but know I’m wondering if I’m even going to get them before Christmas tone honest. First they said it would be delivered in June then in July but yet here we are at the end of July and still not a word. Tried asking for time estimate, but the only thing I get in return is that there as been some delays and nothing else. At this point I wish I never bought those shoes to begin with.
Bought shoes in December that we supposed to come in May and ended up canceling the order in July because they kept pushing the delivery date back. To think they have the nerve to charge $200+ for a pair of shoes and offer terrible customer service.
Simply put I ordered shoes on line. Reply and confirmation were nearly instant and the shoes came fast and I mean super fast, less than a business week and been wearing them ever since. Superior customer service for an exceptional product. Will be buying more of theses shoes!
Order Number 536811: I placed an order on the 15th of may 15/05/24. And i have not heard a singel thing about My order, i have sent emails and gotten no answer so im very sad that i have spent that much on a shoe and gotten it yet. I tought they was shipped fast when the shipping time say 3-5 days. So i hope i can Get those soon because ive been waiting for over 2 monthes no
I ordered the Yin Yang Low 1’s on July 21st. I did knowing that the website stated that the shoes, size 10 will ship in August. But now, the size 10’s show they will not ship until September. I have sent customer service two emails (one via their website form and the other through email) and have not gotten any reply, concerning the new September date. For such expensive shoes and claims they will get back to you in 2 days, this has been pretty disappointing so far… and on par with many other reviews.
Do not buy from them! The company has gone downhill and reduced their standards by providing shoes that aren’t stable anymore and have deformed soles that can damage your feet. I used to buy shoes from them and they were good two years ago but now with their lower standards in place and the idgaf attitude from their customer service and factory auditors (their factory people said my defective shoes were fine when they obviously were not) everyone there refuses to acknowledge defects and won’t pay for return labels for shoes that would literally destroy your feet if you wore them. Buyers beware! Cabell, you not only lost me a loyal return customer but all the people I will tell this about. Shame on you!
