I wish I had checked the reviews before making my purchase. This was probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. They were immediately judgmental, tried to delay any returns, and even charged me $20 for sending a defective shoe. Thank goodness for credit card protection. I feel these guys are dishonest. Buyer beware.

Ordered two pairs of shoes, and was charged for that order. Only one pair of shoes arrived. When I reached out to the company, I was asked to wait in the chat, and that wait ended up being almost 20 minutes. When she returned, I was told that there was a mishap with shipping and that they would be sent out. I said I'd rather have a refund, and she said she'd put in a request for a refund, that I couldn't get a refund in that moment. What?! So you took $150 from me, didn't send me the item, I had to reach out to you to see what occurred, and now you're making me wait to get my money back? Something isn't right here.Update - I got my refund and it's been reflected on my account. I'm thankful for that.

Ordered the low 1 tigger last week. Order number 550064, theres been no shipping updates and I frankly expect never to see these shoes i paid 256 bucks for. I wonder if they actually sell shoes. Tried contacting them multiple time to no response. Pretty stunning. Never had this kind of an experience before.
My 15 year old son spent over 200$ from his stavings on a pair og shoes May 26th. We received an e-mail that confirmed the purchase, but no ordernumber or any shippinginformation. And no follow-ups, only e-mail containing new-arrivels. I also sent an e-mail to custometservice, but no answers. Obviously a scam, I just feel really bad for my son. Marit Fjrldstad
