Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, terrible customer service. I made an order for my requested size, within minutes of placing order I emailed customer service department informing them to confirm which size they had as my confirmation email read the wrong size and please not to ship without confirming the size, I also explained I am unable to ship back for returns as this is an international purchase… no reply. Second email sent… just an automated acknowledgement of receipt of email. And now I’m stuck with a pair of expensive shoes that don’t fit. Although the customer services was happy to email after delivery to say I can send them back for exchange at my own cos (international fee). Also worth noting that the leather lining in the heal area is not the same leather finish they show in old photos.Lesson learnt I guess UpdateThanks for replying to the review on here Oliver Cabell. I appreciate the public gesture of appearing to want to help. But if you intended to sincerely help you would have replied to my emails, in which I provided order numbers. Edit: While support staff was unable to help in a timely manner, resulting in receiving some products I'd rather not and a pair of shoes that's slightly larger than I wear, the products (including the shoes) look/feel great and were delivered quite fast. I wish I could still go back in time and fix all this, but for now I'll just update the review and say I would recommend trying out their products.Order placed at 12:11am CST on July 16th, and noticed I had some items in the cart I had accidentally left there upon placing the order. To address this, I sent them an e-mail at 12:12am CST on that very same day. So just a minute later.July 18th, and nearly 19th at the time of writing this review, and I have yet to receive signs of life. The order hasn't been cancelled, my emails have gone ignored and it only now occurred to me to have a look on TrustPilot.Unfortunately, this is what happens when you allow YouTubers to influence you towards trying brands you had never heard of before.The order number was #560335, and I'm hoping we can still reach a conclusion on my request. After this sour taste in my mouth, I'd rather not receive the products and stay away from the brand. I'd prefer my money refunded and to part ways.Willing to update my review if customer support can aid in this process before further complications.
I purchased a pair of Low 1's in slate gray. The color of the shoe is very different than what is presented on the website or is attached to the shoe box. The company refuses to recognize that color is not the same and refuses to refund all my money. This was my third pair from the brand (I have been very satisfied in the past), this will now be the final one. Please be aware before purchasing anything from them as their customer service is gaslighting customers. Update:Order Number 555459
Placed an order in March to be originally told they would ship in June, contacted them and was told there was a delay and would ship in July. Now it’s July and they still can’t give me an eta of when the shoes will ship. Too much money for these gym shoes to be given the runaround!
I ordered shoes in Spring for a June delivery. In late June received an email that said their shipment was held in customs but everything was resolved and I should my order soon. My next inquiry on early July was responded to saying order should be delivered by mid to late July. August 4th and still no shoes. Time to cancel order?
Do NOT order anything from here. Their customer service is terrible, with no understanding of service or customer satisfaction. They will charge you additional fees out of nowhere if you encounter any delivery or customs issues. They expect you to believe these practices are normal with their shady tactics. Expect a complete lack of transparency upfront and hidden fees on the back end. Completely unfair and dishonest, and in most European countries, these practices are illegal. I will absolutely NEVER order from here again. Save your money and take it elsewhere!UPDATE AS OF JULY 19: They reached out, but were unable to provide an adequate resolution. I've asked for a refund, which they've refused to give, so I've taken it up with my credit card company instead. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
