Review Time
I ordered the low exotic and they came roughly on time. However, the shoes themselves were not in great condition. There was a significant gouge in one shoe, and they were also much bigger than I expected. Returning they charge a 20$ restocking fee. I am now paying 32$(with shipping cost) for a pair of shoes that were sent with defects.
Wish i could give negative stars. Oliver Cabell does not publish negative reviews on their website, so customers have no idea of the horrific quality of their shoes until they purchase the ill-made, cheap trash and start doing research-only to find the truth here. DO NOT PURCHASE
I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife on 04-01-24 and still have not received them five months later (as of 09-05-24). I contacted them to cancel the order about three weeks ago, and, after 16 emails back and forth, they still haven't refunded the purchase. Instead, they keep trying to sell me other shoes or provide discounts on other pairs, even after I've clearly told them I'm only interested in a refund. Their customer service is unbelievably unhelpful and keeps stalling on providing a refund... not what you expect for a company selling $300 pairs of shoes.
I recently purchased a pair of Low 1 shoes, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed. While the price tag suggests a premium product, the quality simply doesn't match. The shoes are advertised as being made in Italy, but they actually come from Vietnam, which feels misleading.Upon unboxing, I was greeted by a strong chemical smell that reminded me more of paint than genuine leather.Overall, the shoes did not meet my expectations for both craftsmanship and authenticity. For the price, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable option.I've also tried to leave a 1-star review on their website but it never got published. That's why you'll only see 4 and 5 stars reviews.
Honestly, they listed 7-10 days for shipment and hit it dead on. I got exactly what I ordered and its exactly what I wanted. I am truly happy with the product and can only think that they might over promote versus production capacity which might lead to some complaints. I am not one of those.

The company sucks! I paid 200 for a pair of shoes, and they never sent the shoes…they kept delaying the order with total BS! It’s been 2 months, no shoes! The service is wack! It’s no wonder the review rating is so low!! Stay away from this company! They are crooks!
Thanks for getting back to me Oliver Cabell. Very very very surprising and shocked to see your solution to my issue- which is to hide the mark on the shoes (a defect in the product that I received) with my shoelaces just so that no one can see it?? Great solution to the problem and clearly indicates your company's value in solving customers issues. Unfortunately I don't like to HIDE and if I've paid more than AUD $350 for your product, I expect it to be 100% without any defects!
