Waste of time

Ordered the GAT trainers. I got an order number, and the money was taken from my credit card. I thought all was well, but then nothing came for a couple weeks, so I emailed the company directly and DM to Instagram. I had no response at all via email or instagram. So I did a charge back. Got my money back via credit card but wow, what a waste of time . Don’t bother with these jokers.

I ordered the Belmont Low 1 back in…

I ordered the Belmont Low 1 back in March. They said on the website that they would ship in April. I emailed the company, and they said my order was delayed until June. I emailed them back because I was supposed to receive a discount, but they have not responded at all. I just want my order asap and the company to honor the discount. Are the still supposed to ship in June, and when in June? My order number is #520326.

Placed a pre order for the sea sand…

Placed a pre order for the sea sand ghost Low 1 back in March 2024. Order #516079  Back then it said I should receive by June/July. It has now moved back to Sept/Oct. They did email me to apologize for the delay. But what upsets me most, is that I paid $260 to "preorder" them back in March. Now on the website they are listed at $180. Why did I preorder when I could've waited this long to order and gotten them cheaper? I'm yet to receive them, so don't know if its a scam, but so far have not been impressed with the company.

order #513895 Ordered in FEBRUARY. Total joke of a company. Excuse after excuse, it’ll ship in June it’ll ship in August. Six months for what is more than likely just a pretty regular shoe anyway. Scott Gabrielson is the owner on LinkedIn and my next move is to track him down and any c level people over here at this circus and figure out why he’s unable to even reply to his customers after they fork over their hard earned cash in exchange for 6 month wait times and poor customer service. I could’ve designed and manufactured my own shoes in a quarter of the time. There is no shipping crisis, mechanical failure or anything else they tell you. CUSTOM products from LV are 6-8 weeks. I’m 6-8 MONTHS of waiting on these basic shoes for my wife. Do yourself a favor, if you like these shoes tape a big O to a set of chucks and you’ll still look like less of an idiot than anyone who waiting this long for the real thing.

I have chosen the wrong size for one of the pairs and Jazmin quickly resolved the sizing issue for me by issuing the refund as soon as she confirmed the return was on its way. The support has been prompt. The shoes fit comfortably. Highly recommended!
