Missing Item for Order Number #546157

Order Number #546157Ordered four items in total but they only shipped three of them, missing out the Premium Kit. Wasn't too concerned as my last two purchases with them were good until I came across the bad reviews here. The shoes are also, unfortunately, not at the best condition. Sincerely hope OC won't disappoint and follow up promptly as their style is really good imo.Boris

Update?

I ordered the Low 1 Belmont sneakers on May the 31st and I have only received a confirmation email about my order when I had placed it, it is now June 9th and I have not received any updates.I am worried that I am being scammed as I also contacted Customer Service 3 days ago and I have not gotten a reply yet, even though the Oliver Cabell website states that it should take 1-2 business days.I am not sure what to do now.

Scam of company !!!

Scam of company !!!! STAY AWAY !!! I have screenshots of how they said they delivered my shoes that we purchased on December, and according to them they delivered May 11th , how ever when researching upon tracking number looks like they delivered a piece of paper from UPS with weight of 0.40LBS we never received our package after so many months. I will make sure this company gets investigated

Over 10 days later…still nothing

Wrote a review on May 27th. The response? ‘But don't worry, we are taking this seriously, and one of our Customer Service Managers will be reaching out to you shortly to see how we can make things right.’ Over 10 days later, do you think I’ve heard anything? Of course not. This has truly been the WORST retail experience I’ve ever had. Whatever you do, just DON’T buy from this company.

I ordered shoes in November and still…

I ordered shoes in November and still nothing but email updates - but, only if I request them. On April 22 I got an email from Jazmin (Oliver Cabell) saying they would be shipped in May. Still nothing. Here is what she wrote: As an update, these items are now expected to be shipped in May! Your order number by the way is 474253. I don't know what to do.

I ordered a pair of Low 1 Belmonts on the 26 of may and got a confirmation number, other then that i have no info on the pair and its stressing me out.based on what ive read on this page im getting worried about being scammed and just want some form of condirmation that the shoes are actually coming and not gonna be postponed time after time again.im going to a different country on the 23.06 and worried that i cant get the shoesmy order number is 543030an email with some information would be very appreciated!

Is it a scam? Another unfulfilled order. Customer support rarely replies. When they do they say there are delays they cannot do anything about. Asked for a refund several times.

Terrible customer experience

Ordered a pair of shoes that were not listed as out of stock, but were. Totally fine. However, I have been asking over over a week to cancel. The first response asked why I was cancelling. The second response asked if I wanted a discount. The third response the said they were forwarding it to the appropriate team. However, I’ve been emailing “support” the whole time. Wouldn’t support have the ability to cancel my order?At this point I’ll be submitting a claim to my credit card company as this has been over a week of extremely poor response time and customer service.

I ordered my Oliver Cabells on May 3rd…

I ordered my Oliver Cabells on May 3rd and I paid for expedited shipping. Today it is June 5th and my order has not even been shipped out which they said they would for “preorders” but just constantly pushing it back on the website. I have reached out to their instagram expressing the fact they use to have the website say they would ship in JUNE. It has been a month since my order with no updates whatsoever. This is actually absurd. Their team is not responding to me and I just want me shoes. My order number is #533386. After contacting support via email in literally may they stated they would ship in June but now they won’t? It’s absolutely unreal. I ordered the low 1 atlantas.

worst experience

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this brand. I ordered my boyfriend a pair of shoes in MARCH for his birthday in April. Initially, they were going to ship in April. I received no news or anything and of course they did not ship in April, so I emailed them. They told me that they would ship in May. Of course they did not ship in May, so I emailed them again and was told that they would ship in June. Now, I emailed them for the 10th time and got told that they would ship in July. They are straight up lying to me. I just asked to cancel my order. How is this possible?! The worst part is, I don’t even get updates or anything on my order, I have to email them each time and get a response days later just saying another lie. It is evident that this is not a serious or transparent company. I was genuinely excited to gift my boyfriend these shoes, but now learned that I would never buy anything from them again.
